one of the teller at this branch asked me, If Iām depositing a check issued by my company to pay myself ? I replied Yes. she then informed me we have security cameras throughout the branch. I was shocked and speechless. Who trained her ?

This is the worst TD Bank I have ever visited. The front desk staff was fine(I used to see a rude one at this location) , and they donāt have enough employees to assist customers. Especially considering that this is one of the busiest and most high-traffic locations, it is ridiculous that they donāt hire enough staff for proper coverage. For a small business-related issue, the wait time was at least 1.5 hours, and the service was unhelpful. I highly recommend making an appointment before visiting this location. Donāt waste your time here!
Updated 1:55 PM, 2/26: I found out that even if you make an appointment before your visit, they still require you to register in line. I believe this issue should be escalated to their corporate office, and they need to seriously address their staffing shortage.

This TD Bank branch is always busy, no matter when you visitāthereās usually a line of people waiting to be served. Despite the crowd, the staff at the check-in desk are patient, which is admirable considering the number of customers they handle daily. As long as your issues are resolved, itās important to show them some understanding and patience in return. Even if the problem isnāt resolved, customers still can communicate calmly without arguing. A little kindness goes a long way in making the experience better for everyone!

Very bad experience in this branch office. The waiting time is more than 45 mins, and the staff (a specialist) is unfriendly and arrogant.

The only problem is your atm,i couldn't deposit in cash every night time.the ATM never show up any machine.only appear in the checks and saving.there were all the atm machine no sign of cash. Also not single one atm has it.When i go there every night to making a deposit in downtown flushing queens. Everything else is great! But please fixing your atm a.s.a.p And so customers will be more happier to make a deposit at the atm in there

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Came in at 2:20 for my appointment at 2:30. Was told there was 8 people ahead of me. Weird because what was the point of making an appointment? I didnāt think much of it but then I started to wait. I get a text that Iām 3rd in line. Great! Waited 10 minutesā¦20ā¦30ā¦and then an hour. People in the waiting area with me cleared out twice and I still hadnāt got called up. MULTIPLE people that were walking in were getting sent straight to an agent before I could. The workers in the front gave me dodgy looks the entireeee time like is this a racial thing or what? Anytime Iād ask.about when I would be seen I was told āoh ur agent is busy with someoneā āwe will see you shortlyā āthere are ____ ahead of youā

I was there ask about their CD Rate. The front desk lady handed me a piece of paper with their whole information and asked me to read by myself. What the heel? I am there for the detail, an explanation to help me make a deposit. Very unprofessional!

Today I was so angry with the customer service staff at the door that I wanted to curse. I felt like I was being targeted on purpose. It was too bad. I forgot to ask my name. I felt like they were deliberately giving bad reviews to the bank. Could they be sent by a competitor? The manager really has the vision to recruit people like this.
