This branch is awful they only attend you if your Asian , they do the bare minimum if your not Asian constantly turning customers away , I was told to try a different branch to see if they could do something for me when all I wanted was a new account, horrible worst experience ever

TD bank is the worst bank there is. This branch especially! They do nothing to help you if you have a situation. In my instance, someone stole my rent money out of my account by using a fake check, I went to the branch, explained the situation, which they confirmed was fraudulent activity. However, they needed 60-90 days to "investigate" the situation. No credit was given, no help, nothing! I was even told by the manager, "don't worry, you'll be ok". At this point when it occurred, I was a customer for over 5 years (never late on a payment, no issues at all)and had an active credit card, checking, savings, and business account with them. It took almost 120 days for them to reimburse me! They should change their name to America's most "INCONVENIENT" bank, because that's what they are!AVOID THEM!

It’s not necessarily the staff that I really dislike it’s TD Bank. The staff here are I guess OK but the truth is TD is not America’s most convenient bank. I opened up a new account with my partner and it’s been really really annoying getting my debit card not only did I have to come back now twice I had to wait in line for a bank teller instead of being helped at the counter. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about printing a debit card but apparently it’s quite inconvenient. I’ve definitely banked with better Banks. Once I leave Flushing, Queens I’ll definitely be changing banks.
