This is the worst and not professional bank I’ve ever vista. No one wanna work and the girl at counter cannot serve the customer. She call her supervisor couple of times. Over 10 people waiting on the line. They also calling people skip the line. Horrible. Everybody with a poker face.

Not that they care or anything but whats the point of making an appointment if you're 30 mins late. Arthur is horribly slow and super apathetic, if you're not opening a credit card hes not interested in work. Shame

This is the closest branch to me. The staff alway seem to be polite. I don't go too often other than to use the ATM which always seems to have an issue! Definitely NOT a convenient bank!!

This bank needs major over-haul or to be closed down. Waited over an hour and still haven't been seen by a banker. If you respect yourself and your time, don't come here. Also, shame on TD bank they claim that they are the most convenient bank and have such a great location here on main street yet have horrendous service.

4 or more People standing behind desk. but only One line is opened.
People who work this place, never nice.
work very slow. and, they try not to working.
also, Manager lady as well too. she never see smile face.
I feel always bad, after use this place.
try not to visit this place.(but it's convenience place from my home)

I had a 130 appointment to make a checking account and walked in the pouring rain. They left me waiting for 30 minutes and still no sign of anyone willing to talk to me I kept asking the gentlemen at the front desk how much longer and he kept saying 1 more minute but didn't get called by anyone also the temperature in this bank is extremely hot

Horrible customer service. Waited on queue for a representative for almost half an hour and when I was finally called, the rep kept repeatedly mentioning “we’re closing soon” when it was 4:50pm, even though they close at 5:00pm and there was still 5 - 6 customers in the branch. She made it very apparent she had no intention of helping.

I come to this branch many times and every time I am extremely satisfied with the service here. I would highly recommend it to everybody. I have closer banks but I prefer to travel to this specific branch. Thank you Liza and Sharon for making my banking experience so pleasant!
