I have loved the store Telco I've been coming here for years since it first opens up but I got to tell you I'm very disappointed this weekend because I went there to exchange something and they wouldn't exchange it I understand it's a policy they don't exchange undergarments the problem is I bought an undergarment which was a bra and inside the bra says medium but the tickets all say Large so unfortunately they should have changed it because I didn't make that mistake and I didn't try it on because all the tickets were there but all the girls did at the register the black lady was look at the receipt getting nasty and tell me she can't exchange it cuz it's an undergarment didn't look at the tags or anything to see the mistake that they made so how is the inside of the bra say medium and all the tickets say large so that's not my Misfortune but I guess it is my almost Fortune is that you sold it to me my Misfortune is that I got to eat it up now and the money that I paid for the bra so thank you Telco I'm sorry I can't give you five stars I'm lucky I'm giving you two because you don't even deserve a star for doing something like that that's your Misfortune for labeling something that was wrong and mine Misfortune for going to you and buying so this is not going to be my favorite store anymore and I don't think I'm going to go shopping there anymore I'm going to tell all my friends who go shopping there and they're not to because it's wrong what you've done and you should exchange it because it's the mistake you made not mine tickets that say Large but the inside of the bra says medium shame on you Telco shame shame shame on you thanks for nothing cuz now I got to eat a bra because you can't exchange something that you made a mistake on you should be ashamed of yourself and the people that work for you that are nasty and rude at the register not to mention if they got their facts straight and seen the mistake then they could have called the manager and asked the manager but no they have to get nasty and snotty behind the register I don't need it from a discount store who doesn't have to label things right thank you thank you for nothing and this incident took place on March 17th on a Sunday afternoon thank you very much to you and your rude cashiers

The price when calculating at the checkout does not correspond to the indicated price tag for the goods. Be careful when buying, check prices. The calculation is more likely that you will not notice the difference, in my case it was almost $ 8. Moreover, if you point out this discrepancy, no one apologize to you, and even in a rudely ironic form, they will hint that you do not understand anything and will be asked to leave.

Wide selection, great prices, friendly staff. 2 convenient locations in ridgewood. Always able to find what im looking for. Never disappointed. Even pleased with the return policy. Its definitely my go to store. 3 locations in all Glendale, Ridgewood, and Staten Island.You can find anything in there for an affordable pricing.

Even though they sell both men and lady stuff for some reason I feel like I'm going to a lady store. At the window that front all you see is lady products you have to go inside see what they have for men. I'm not comfortable with that. If you advertise you have men and women stuff you should be able to show it equally.
