“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”

“I love to stop in Casa de Montecristo. Oscar Wilde quipped the only means to get rid of temptation is to yield to it. I bet I am not the only one who is nostalgic about tobacco smoke. I mean from cigars and pipes, not cigarettes. So many of us associate it with a relative. It triggers memories, including of pleasurable occasions when I have relaxed while puffing away. I acknowledge the risks. I indulge rarely. I figure given the stress reduction, it is a worthwhile trade off. If you object, don't come into this place. The selection here is sizable. The prices are reasonable. The other feature to highlight is they are hospitable. But they are not snooty. You can sit in a comfortable chair and just think. I'm not big on clubs. The feel here is different. It is guys, and gals, who share an interest. You could strike up conversation about the sports on television. But it is generally to each their own. I sometimes am accompanied by a colleague. Even then, however, we are enjoying our own private reverie. I value such moments. If any of what I have described appeals, perhaps you'll step away from the busy life you have outside and whatever is happening on the street.”

“First of all this was the very very first time I noticed there was a cigar allowance here. I must admit I don't travel this way very often but I did today and it was a pleasure to have met a very handsome strong guy oh I'm sorry I drifted away from the subject the subject was cigars right but no I still have to give compliment for compliments to do the gentleman by the name of d greeted me and I told him what I enjoy which is a Maduro and I prefer Nicaragua he bought me into the humidor which I'm going to call the sacred place. You bought me inside and I saw a number of cigars that weren't being offered but he wanted to make sure he got it right. So he asked one of the gentleman at the bar what would he recommend for my flavor taste buds. This here is truly customer service great customer service and I say this because if you don't know there's nothing wrong with asking and if you do know and you want to make sure because you want to definitely provide great customer service as this gentleman did there's nothing wrong with asking. So I'm glad he asked although I do believe she probably just nailed it on their head to himself I fell in love with the Viva DaVida I think that's the way it's pronounced. If not we'll see the picture and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. This particular stick has a triple crown which I absolutely loved because it helps impact those flavors and nice and tight while sitting in the humidor. The outer wrapper had a nice leathery look to it. The Maduro sent just flowed. I wanted to sit down and enjoy it there but I was pushed for time however I told him I would be back now that I know they are there. When I lit this cigar which didn't take long to catch I'm doing for sure it would be just another Nicaragua blend but I was wrong. It was not strong and overpowering it was just perfect. Halfway through the cigar the flavor changed, becoming woodsy, but it never lost it's pepper. Now I must admit the price of the cigar after I looked it up was a little pricey , no let me be honest it was a lot pricey however we have to take in to consideration this is not bodega where you can pick up a cheap cigar and go this is lounge we're paying for the comfort of leather chairs the lighting electricity and watching television and the ambiance of it all. Let's go back into the humidor for a minute ,not a lot of cigars however never enough for me. selection was okay but I do hope they expand because a place this size should have ceiling to floor at least six panels to eight of cigars for their customers. The next time I go I will certainly bring the label of the cigar I enjoy if I cannot find this particular cigar the next time. So there's an outside seating area and there's an inside seating area and as I watched as smoke raised from other people smoking I noticed how the smoke evaporated which is a great thing because it means ventilation is working. For those who choose to have spirits and beer and whatever else they do have a bar that seems to be pretty well stocked. So go ahead and get your cognac on! I'm sorry I can't help you on the pricing because I did not order. It seems like guys there are pretty friendly I'm going to have to come one night when there are more people. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person who enjoys a stick the first thing in the afternoon. I was a little shocked to see there was not a club membership, where you have to pay to be a member and keep a vault. I guess it just wasn't necessary but if by chance they do decide to go this route I might just be a part of the membership. It's a great pleasure to have met D I'm going to call him Mr. D, lol it was a great pleasure to meet him and thank you for the tour of your lounge. If u r looking for a cigar lounge that appears to have a mature clientele this may be the place! now I must admit I did not see any ladies , but now that I know the place is here oh boy watch out the mature women ”
“Harry is an absolute gem! This is an excellent spot to find the perfect cigar. The atmosphere is ideal whether you want to enjoy a relaxing cigar on your own or spend time with friends and family.
They have a huge variety of cigars, and I highly recommend trying Harry’s own blend. As a bonus, it’s BYOB — Harry even suggested we walk across the street to 7-Eleven to grab ice and mix for our drinks.
He took us into the humidor and personally recommended a few cigars based on what we were looking for. We wanted something mild and smooth, and he absolutely delivered.

“I was at a fundraiser and was DYING for a stick; I googled Santana, called them and, the owner was super helpful over the phone, we walked through what I like to smoke, size, flavor profile I mean the whole kitten caboodle!!
I was able to have Uber deliver me 3 of the best cigars I have smoked in a while!! The 10 year anniversary is like smoking a delicious meal, very fruity and aromatic; it went great with my cognac, i was so happy I had to call him back and tell him how much he made my day!

Gets really busy later in the day not gonna be like your regular cigar lounge people was mostly to themselves and within there groups but the spot and the area is really dope I wanted to know more about being a member unfortunately couldn’t get the info but I truly enjoyed myself
There’s a cork fee of $20 per bottle not the best price but not bad also and it’s cheaper for 6 packs of beer but don’t know the price
Also the stick selection was really good I enjoyed it a lot every price range you can think of there own sticks I smoked one was also good not bad especially at that price point
I’ll definitely be returning see if a different night feels like a different vibe
