The man who was pumping my gas took my card and lost it literally within a few minutes. He finished pumping my gas and didn’t give my card back to me. He somehow “left it somewhere” out in the open to attend to another costumer. And later he came back to me and said that he couldn’t find my missing credit card. The guy claimed that he left it on top of the gas tank and the wind blew it away. He took zero responsibility for this ridiculous matter and even laughed with a smile while saying “the wind” to explain that he can’t do anything while my card was literally missing because of him. I never got my card back and he did took zero accountability for it. For me overall very bad experience. I just want to warn you guys please keep your eyes on your cards when you come to this gas station.

I went to Tower Service Station, without an appointment, to have an annual inspection and oil change. When it came up in conversation that I could not leave the car with him, Joe kindly had the work done on my car right away. I was out of the station in 30 minutes. This was my first time at Tower Service, and it is now my go-to service station, even though I am 15-20 minutes away.Friendly and totally professional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been coming here for a few years now, I have 2 older model vehicles. One of which nobody likes to even look at, let alone touch. The ease of working with them is wonderful, from appointments, to servicing, theres nothing to worry about. They will always give you the less expensive options when available, they listen to what your telling them when describing an issue, they communicate thoroughly while diagnosing the problem. For such a small shop, I can see why they're never empty. Solid work at decent prices, dont think I need to look for another shop. BTW, cars are a 2003 Subaru Forester, and 2008 Volkswagen Eos 3.2(the dreaded convertible nobody wants to touch)Services: Electrical
