Honestly, I was scared, seeing so many bad comments about their work, and why didn't they call to let me know if it arrived as agreed, I sent on December 19 and the packages were delivered today, I still don't know if everything is complete, but everything is sealed, They didn't call us but when my relative came to see, they apparently gave them everything, let's hope that's the case...As a suggestion they should address these complaints, they leave a lot to think about in their way of working.For my part, so far I am satisfied with the service 8/10

This agency is totally irresponsible, I sent important documents supposedly it was express, they charged me more than what it costs to send an 8-pound package and it turns out that it has been 15 days and it has not arrived, the worst thing is that they left in another city, the girl who serves in Roosevelt is poorly educated, rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SENDING BY TRANS ECUA CARGO.

What you are doing is ILLEGAL and I will take action on it. This is the worst parcel agency I have ever known, I do not recommend it to anyone, the woman who works there is the worst, she is a poorly educated, rude, horrible person, I don't know. What are you doing working there if you don't have patience or education and what annoys me the most is that the products they send from Ecuador to New York do not arrive complete.
