After being treated like a nobody, never having my prescriptions ready on time, clueless pharmacists and ridiculously long lines at Walgreens pharmacy, I decided to give on point a shot. A few of my friends use on point and said I should definitely switch. I’m glad I did. Great service and pleasant to talk to. They even sent a Happy Birthday greeting to me on my birthday!

The place is overall clean and neat and offers a wide range of products for one's household needs. The prices are on the high side, especially in the toy department; for example, toiletries are significantly more expensive than local grocery stores or Target. This is not too surprising for a neighborhood store. The pharmacy staff are very cooperative and polite. I am happy to support them as my neighborhood pharmacy. The staff overall is nice, but the managers have an attitude problem and they are the reason I dropped 2 stars. I have been a customer for over a decade and I have never been greeted, let alone with a smile, but I have been followed around while shopping as if I was about to steal. I have walked in and out of the store while pushing a stroller many times and not once has a manager held the door for me; instead, he just stood by while fellow customers were more helpful. The managers and some of the floor staff do not wear masks, so that statement in Yelp is not true. Finally, I did not appreciate the arrangement of the lettering they sell to make political statements.

The perfect place to shop. The pharmacist are very nice and answer any question with positive attitude even if it is related to counter medicine. This place also has a variety of things. You can find school supplies, toys, personal care, storage bins, decorations, paint, warn, cleaning supplies, snacks, and so forth. All workers are willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need regardless of how small the question is. I truly enjoy shopping there.

I just wanted to shout out Sabah and Onpoint for being absolutely awesome! I had an issue with a prescription after being in the ER all night, the doctor sent it incorrectly. Sabah went above and beyond and got me the prescription! I just had major leg surgery and there may be an infection so it's definitely an important prescription. It's amazing to see someone with such an important job go above and beyond to help someone. Raindew and now On point have always had that family feel, that's why I don't go anywhere else.

Very well stocked and organized. Had my vaccine appointment, no wait, filled out a consent form, the pharmacist gave me a shot, it was a breeze. All the staffs I interacted with were very nice!
