I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store thanks to James. He was extremely professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. James patiently answered all my questions, made sure everything was packed securely, and completed the process quickly and efficiently. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out. Highly recommend this location and especially James for anyone who needs reliable service!

One guy (smaller one serving on sundays) at this service store has not been very nice and has no courtesy at all. Although he’s not ready at the moment, he could have said in a nicer way but making ppl feeling irrespecutful. This is my 3rd time to the store and that guy has been the same attitude, no change at all!
I like the other guy better with his more friendly service so I would rather wait for his service than the other smaller guy although he’s ready.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with UPS. Every delivery has been on time, packages arrive in great condition, and the tracking updates are reliable and accurate. The staff at my local UPS store are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with shipping, returns, or even printing needs.
I really appreciate how easy UPS makes the whole process—whether I’m sending something out or picking something up. Their customer service is top-notch, and I always feel like my shipments are in safe hands.
