Today 8/14/2025 during the morning hours I dropped 3 large boxes, I spend over $350.00 for the total cost for shipping via USPS Ground Advantage®. When I return home, I logged on to USPS.com and utilize the USPS Retail Postage Price Calculator using my USPS receipt to enter the package total lbs. and package dimensions, and the retail cost was half of what I was charged at the post office. I return to the postal office and I asked the clerk is tee was an additional charge at the post office she understood my questions and call the manager to get his input on why there was a 50% retail price difference and not the cost for Click-N-Ship® which I know is less. He was very rude and didn't allow the clerk or myself to address the question and he without providing an accurate response dismissed me and walked away. The USPS clerk and I were like that was rude. I joined the line at 4:49 pm, approximately ten people ahead of me. When I got to the counter Representative Pitait took my envelopes, I expressed I wanted to send them with Return Receipts. She gave them to me. I asked if I needed to join the line when I was done or if I would be able to skip. She said either way was fine. Upon completing my last certified mail papers, another representative told me I needed to hurry up because the delivery guy was leaving and they’re already closed. I quickly filled it out and came to the counter. To then be told they were closed and could not take my mails. The time being 5:13 pm. Without any prior notice to me, while continuing to take customers that were after me, SECONDS PRIOR to addressing me. I walked back to the counter, Saiful then came to insist they could not take my mails. I left with some frustration and sharply and abruptly opened the door. For another representative to address me about how I opened the door and how he doesn’t appreciate it. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to customer service at this establishment.

FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS!!
Amazon stated that the shipment was attempted and no one was home. I was home at the time of delivery, and there were no slips left on the door; no one rang the doorbell; AND no signs of attempted delivery at all.
Trying to contact the store right now but there is no response. This is my 6th try.

This post office should be reported. Many of the packages are opened before they arrive to my home. The mailman/woman mixes my mail and the other apt together into my box or the neighbor’s box. They don’t even try to ring the bell when there is a delivery, missed a document that needed signature upon delivery because mailman wouldn’t ring the bell. Sometimes they mark “unable to access” but they never even showed up at my door. Why is this post office so unreliable?

The most unprofessional, slow, low staff office I have ever been too. Be prepared to wait in line for approximately 30- 1 hour. The staff are just dragging themselves around like snails

I lost 1 package on last year. Service was terrible!!

By far the worst of the worst. I mean, most POST OFFICES SUCK, but this one has one teller, a line out the door at any given time, and about 90% of the people coming in here have never mailed anything on their lives. They need to be babied through the whole process. If there were at least 2-3 tellers during a busy time, then things might actually move along. Don’t mind the fact that sometimes there’s NO ONE at the windows and people are just standing blankly looking at the ceiling. Workers don’t care. Too bad.

I've been having problems with mail delivery for several months. I've been calling the post office constantly. My apartment is in back of the house, so everyday I've been sitting in front of the house waiting for the postal carrier in the freezing cold. This morning I walked to the post office. A very kind worker told me that they didn't have anyone assigned to my route yet. I then asked if I could pick up my mail while I was there. I was told that I could not. I don't understand why I couldn't because my mail was still there. I was there before nine am. I have a weak heart and I tend to faint. My walking is limited according to my Dr. I was not feeling well at all after walking there. This post office needs to get more competent mail carriers who know what they are doing. Tonight I have a bad sore throat cold, probably from sitting outside everyday waiting for my mail. Nobody there seems to want to help me with this nightmare. I'm missing bills and Christmas card, etc. I need help ASAP to rectify this urgent matter ASAP.. The people who live upstairs received their Mail, however, once again, I didn't receive my mail. I'm totally fed up and under a lot of stress because of this matter. I was at the doctor's, so I couldn't wait for my mail..I visited the Po office the other day and shipped two packages. I spoke to the supervisor about my mail delivery problems. She was absolutely wonderful and compassionate . I'm very thankful for her.
