Me and my friend went there to get a SIM card and a phone. We must’ve waited there for about 15 minutes and no one came to help us. And all the staff were free. It was today (4/4) at around 11:30am. So we left without getting any customer service

You guys better off doing business either verizon corp store or wireless zone store. We had an Bad experience when opening an line in our verizon account here!! Please avoid this store, micheal would do fake promises with reimbursement, saying system is down . Manager pocket commission fee and he is not very helpful!

This store is one of the most rubbish services I have encountered in the few years I have been in the United States. Do not go to their store to do any business. Everything is easy to handle before and then you will be charged randomly. The opening fee and activation fee are tens of dollars per person. There is no service. After you go to him to handle anything, they will tell you to call to solve it. It is one of the rubbish stores in the world. I will keep complaining until this store closes down! ! ! This store is the worst service I have encountered in the United States for several years. Don't ever go to their store to do any business. Everything is easy before the business starts, but they charge you randomly afterwards. They charge you dozens of dollars per person for the opening fee and activation fee, and there is no service at all. If you ask them to handle anything again after the business starts, they will always ask you to call to solve it.

Those staffs aren’t helpful at all, I went to 2 authorize Verizon store, 1 at queen center mall and 1 at flushing. The one at the queen center mall , staff aren’t helpful, I asked about the plan, and trade in, he told me, 45 dollars a line family plan with trade in value of any phone is 600 dollars,and I ask another questions, he was feeling annoying by me, he went back to his booth, and I was trying to ask the manager, he told me he is manager, his name is Simon, when I left the store , I look at his tag and said he isn’t helpful in front of him and I went to another store at flushing area, a very small location, I trying to ask for help, and I hope miracle happen, this staff is the same, I ask him one question he answer back, and I ask another one he answer, he act and talk like a robot,I was thinking am I the sales rep, that is so funny . Please guys if you want to open an account do not go to authorized phone store, just call to ask , you will save your time, and money.

The service at Verizon in Flushing is so bad. They charge $40 for each line to change accounts. It's too shady. Each one of them has a different story. The day before yesterday, we came over and asked them to change accounts. They said they needed to come in person. When we came over the next day, they said we needed to call in person. Then after all, we needed to pay $40 for each line.

We opened four lines in this store on July 27th and gave away three iPhone 14s. At that time, we paid more than 400 points (it was said to be the tax on the mobile phone and the card opening fee)
They said that I would pay 120 four lines every month. The store staff did not tell me how to bind the card for automatic payment, nor did they tell me how much I would be charged if it was overdue! I went to pay on 8.31 and I was charged 362! ! !
When I asked the store, they said they didn't have permission to inquire and needed to go to a larger business hall! I've been busy and haven't inquired specifically about the cost! Until yesterday, September 30th, I paid another 198, and my account showed that I had to pay 300 for the October bill! ! ! I'm really shocked! Why did I have to pay so much money for the four lines of 120 that were agreed upon at the beginning? Today I went to the store again for consultation, and they acted dumb! Said this is the fee charged by the head office! All kinds of excuses! I called customer service for two hours and finally found out! It's just that the store didn't make it clear to me at the beginning! As a result, I was deducted so much money later! ! ! Everyone must be careful not to be fooled!
