Not even one star is worth it, but it's a shame that the system requires you to click on a star to write a review. I am writing this review in the hope that there will be no second victims like me. I moved my internet and 3 phone lines from T-Mobile to Verizon in January. I was told that if I applied for automatic transfer, the bundled fee would be about $160 per month and I would receive support for three phones for free, so I agreed to that condition. However, after about 15 days, they started urging me to pay the bill, and when I asked the store, they said the bill had not been created yet and told me to wait until early February. While I was waiting, I called and the internet suddenly disconnected. I was so shocked and angry that I called Verizon directly and was told that the $687 bill was cut off. I actually fainted as soon as I heard that. When I immediately went to the store to complain, the manager started yelling at me and started a fight, almost threatening to hit me, saying that it was all like that. After finally complaining to the customer service center and calling to complain almost every day, I went back to T-Mobile for all lines, returned all the phones I received to the head office, and adjusted the rates, but because I moved to Verine, I suffered a loss of $300 in 30 days. The customer service center said that I would be paying $687 for two months' worth of charges. It's so ridiculous! Which carrier charges for two months? For those of you who want to move your family's phone line, please be careful and if you have to move it, do so after signing in writing how much you will pay for the first month. If you're like me, you'll be hit with a bill of $687 in just 15 days!
If you don't want to bet $687, be careful. And be careful about this store. These are people without conscience.

I placed an express pickup order at this location, but my order was not ready even after three days. When I called to ask about it, they told me that my order had not been processed. The next day, they canceled my order, claiming that I didn’t pick it up.
I had to call the Verizon service center to restore my order, but the credit from the original deal was not returned within 72 hours, so everything got messed up. The store’s inventory was inaccurate, and they were dishonest throughout the process.

I placed an order to pick up in this location, but
when I arrived to pick up their answer was that they can’t process it. What do you mean you can’t process an order if it’s a Verizon store? And their data is on the website available for pickup? Completely incompetent.

It's completely bad. I don't want to use Verizon. The young English-speaking staff who can't speak Korean well is completely unsatisfactory. The facial expression is completely asshole. It’s not even worth a single star.

To conclude, I couldn't do anything. I came here to take care of two things. 1) Transferring the SIM card from an existing phone to a new phone (e-USIM). 2) Pausing my phone while visiting Korea. They told me to call Verizon and take care of transferring the SIM card and that they would charge me $15 if I did it there. As for temporary suspension, they won't let you do it unless you come a few days before departure. (I visited 6 days before departure)
I left the store and immediately went to another Verizon store. The other store kindly took care of everything. I didn't even get paid because it was such a simple task. I was so thankful that I left and gave a tip as a token of my gratitude.
I feel so bad for the person sitting in the center who gave me a bad experience. I also work in service, but I think I need to do a better job. And I activated 3 iPhones at this store... but I don't think I'll ever go again... I should share my bad experience at this store with my friends.

I will never go back to this store they made more mass up switches phone numbers with my daughter’s and mine and didn’t do right job so we had to solve the problem for over two weeks at least with Verizon company.. how stupid they works..
