These people never let me down I’ve been dealing with them for years already they are very professional and treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied 👍 I wouldn’t even think about bringing my cars anywhere else… all I do is drop my car off and they take care of everything else they also got me into a rental in minutes. I suggest anyone who got into a car accident or needs body work to contact VMA auto collision the best in queens ✊🏼

Amazing service, I had a little inconvenience on my end but, they really helped me out with my issue and the circumstances, I am for sure coming back here for any other issues because they are now family to me appreciate Victor and his team for the communication between us. Definitely 10/10

Quick and Quality work, I had the pleasure to interact with the whole VMA team and they ensured to make my experience smooth and promised a quick turnaround. I brought in my 2024 Honda CRV to get all the trims and moldings paint matched and the work was done pristine. My car looks 10 times better thanks to them. I totally recommend VMA auto collision for all of your collision and paint customization jobs. While my car being at the shop, I got a full paint correction, and ceramic coating along with a front and rear dash camera installed! The stealth installation was my favorite part because I am very particular and didn’t want any wires showing for the dash camera, vito and the team got it done right. 5 ⭐️’s & will be back soon to get more work done in the near future

I give the most honest review and how my experience was with VMA. since i been on the road I haven’t been involved in a car accident up until last month. I decided to take my car to VMA to fix it. My car needed two doors and a quarter panel. They made the process super easy for me and got me into a rental immediately. After they fixed the damages my car was back better then ever. They even went above and beyond in fixing other things that needed attention. They gained a customer for life and will recommend this repair shop to anyone involved in an accident.

Waited weeks for a response from vma but no reply. So here’s my review:
Was looking around for a bodyshop to fix my car. Rear end damaged. Decided to go with VMA. First the customer service from the ladies at the front desk 10/10.
My car spent about a month at VMA shop. After picking up my car, i cleaned out my trunk to discover missing items from my car. Messaged Vitto and he said he will ask around, weeks later and still no reply. Disappointed that i’m missing items from my car that i now have to replace after picking my car up from VMA.
Work was done & completed but i am not satisfied. I originally diffuser with the third light on it before repairs & after picking up my car, i was given the cheaper version of the diffuser without the third light even though it was stated i would get the same diffuser with the third light. Disappointed because its not the same diffuser i had on before repairs was made. Also, before repairs, my door lock was not making noise but after picking it up, its now making noise. The manager said wear & tear but that is questionable since i did not have that noise before repairs was made. I dont believe that the cause is wear & tear but vma did not fix it (they turned off the auto unlock to off instead).
Very Disappointed with my whole experience & regret coming to VMA here due to items missing from my car, not receiving the same diffuser that was previously on before repairs, etc, & unfortunately i won’t be returning nor will i be referring customers here.

I Had An Accident With My 2017 Black Toyota Highlander. Problem Was An Accident With The Driver Door. They Said They Would Replace The Door. Turns Out They Kept The Insurance Check & "Fixed" The Same Door. I Know, Because The Driver Door Speaker Was Popped Before & After Going To Their Shop. Got It Back With The Door Looking Mint. But, The Speaker Still Popped. New Doors Don't Have Defective Speakers. Congratulations, Guys. Now I Know Who Not To Depend On.... Such A Shame Because The People There Seem Friendly. And, The Owner Showed Me An Underwater-Car He Customized To Take To The Javitz Car Show. Next Time, Tell The Truth, Guys. It Is An Insult To People, When You Lie To Them & Keep The Check....
