Takes forever to even just get one or two things here - they don’t have enough staff and the staff just take forever. Im not always in a rush but it’s just frustrating to wait 10 minutes plus in a line when there’s only one or two people ahead of you. Just doesnt make sense to come here.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this pharmacy. The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered—associates were rude, and the pharmacists seemed uninterested and lazy. I encountered various issues that made my visit unpleasant. It’s disheartening when a place that should prioritize customer well-being falls short. I hope improvements are made to create a more positive environment for customers in the future.

Huge line. Merchandise all over the place and the employees are either all new or weren’t trained properly. There were a few regular employees who were there for awhile and were helpful and knew what they were doing but they either work in the morning time since i rarely see them after work or probably left this location. It’s like the place has fallen apart. All the locked stuff and constant lowlife theft in this neighborhood doesn’t help either but that’s another issue.

Disgraceful. I spoke to Gina at 10 am about a prescription for Covid medicine. I am a senior with diabetes and asthma. She assures me they will text me when its ready, about 2 hours. No text. They won't answer the phone. I sent someone there at 6 pm and the script wasn't even filled! If I hadn't sent someone in person, they never would have filled the prescription. Never again would I use Walgreen's

my covid prescription was send to Walgreens. They did not fill my meds. I called no one answer. The next day, my sore throat got worse. Still, it took Walgreens to fill my prescription late in the afternoon. You figure they would work on it right away because the medicine is Paxlovid (for COVID). I made a complaint, and they got the BALLS to close my online account after I made a comment on their facebook account. I've been wanting to close this account anyway. Since they stopped selling abortions medicines, in those Kentucky, Mississippi, South Dakota, Texas and West Virginia. states!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. The staff and management barely seem competent, and the store is messy, dirty, and barely stocked. With the way these employees run this store, it will go out of business eventually. Worst Walgreens I have been to in my life.

Worst Pharmacy everYou will literally never get through to them on the phone don’t even bother calling. They will always have one person working. The lines are always long. After a long day of work I just want my prescription. But no I have to wait an entire hour for a simple 5-10min process. Like come on, please hire more people or fix your customer service

This is by far the worst Walgreen’s I have ever been to. Picking up a prescription is always a nightmare ! The line is constantly ridiculously long and my prescription is NEVER ready on time. Today I waited 9 hours to get eye drops, COMPLETE waste of my time.Going there after 10pm is SCARY. This Walgreen’s is always filled with low lives and heroin addicts. Stay far away and pick another pharmacy! I would rather drive an hour to another Walgreen’s than ever step foot here again.

I’ve been switched over from RiteAid because of its store closing, doctor sent over 2 prescription, got email saying insurance issue, been trying to call for 2 weeks, kept getting disconnected after waiting my turn on hold. Finally had my doctor resend my prescription to CVS… got my prescription the same day.Didn’t believe the reviews at first, believe it now!

I was at Walgreens Pharmacy for my annual Covid shot, the Receptionist was very nice and helpful. When I called to seat in the waiting area for the shot; the place is small; a large garbage can with no cover placed right in front of the seat, it is very unhealthy; because sitting so closed to the garbage can. The small area is very filthy and dirty. the counter is messy, the syringe disposable container on the counter is filthy; it lose it's original color. the black and gummy looking trimming around the edge of the wall, made me shiver, I want to leave the place as quickly as I could. The Walgreens Pharmacy is located at 104-25 QB, Forest Hills, NY 11375

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I have been a custom since 2016 but Customer Service ESPECIALLY at the pharmacy for the past few months has become non existent! Even if you speak with the store manager you get absolutely nowhere! For almost 3 hours I have been trying to speak with the pharmacist and the phone just rings and rings and then disconnects! When I go to the pharmacy in person I wait an hour or more on the line! I understand that their workload has increased due to other neighborhood pharmacies closing but honestly that is not my problem! Do like doctors do and say you’re not accepting new “patients” since you can’t handle the increased case load or hire more staff! STOP using the have pity on us excuse for your horrible customer service! It’s time for me to start supporting the smaller private owned pharmacies in the neighborhood since this large corporation cannot handle their business professionally and I suggest others do the same! They want the increased revenue but can’t come through for their long term customers! Shame on you Walgreen’s!

If you try to use the FedEx service at this Walgreens location, beware. I've lost my FedEx packages at this location twice. After countless phone calls, it was eventually resolved, but the staff is completely unaccountable, unprofessional, and a total disaster.
