Don’t go to this place, all staff there are rude, bad attitude and not professional service, if the reviews rate have 0 star and not hesitate to give 0. I found a new western union location in 30-31 Stratton street Flushing and got soooooooo much better services and NOT need to wait for the line, done my transfer money in a few minutes from in and out.

This Western Union remittance location is almost full of Chinese people, and there are very few foreigners. This is the worst place I have ever seen. Each of us has a remittance limit of 5,000 US dollars per month, but the staff here will force you to answer many personal privacy questions, such as your job, your income, your relationship with the other party, the purpose of your remittance, and many other unnecessary questions, in addition to the personal name and address that must be filled in for Chinese people. (Non-Chinese IDs only need to fill in four basic information) If you don’t answer, they will directly refuse to handle the business. If you answer, the three staff inside will discuss and say something. If your answer makes them dissatisfied, or they are in a bad mood, you will still be rejected, and then they will say that the bank in China rejected you, but this is not the case. After verification, everything is normal in the bank account in China, because remittances can be received by other methods, so it is the Western Union staff who maliciously rejected you! I just want to tell you that the staff always complains that there are too many people and they don’t welcome you. I just want to tell you this fact! You can experience it yourself!

Western Union will be moving address at the end of May. The remittance time is 10:00-15:00 every day. The handling fee for remitting to Taiwan is 26 dollars. The lady on the right side of the window today is very professional and the service is very good. The star is for her.
But when I used the banknote detector to count 5 yuan, I politely asked if there were too many banknotes. Another female staff member wearing a hat threw away my banknotes. What kind of attitude and quality:)

If there’s a 0 star rate I will definitely put that instead. Disgusting attitude! Literally disgusting and rude. Trust me, if you’ll can find somewhere else, dont EVER go to this one. You dont want to deal with that stupid attitude.
