This location is takeout only. I ordered the wontons with chili oil. Service was slow and the wontons and chili oil were mediocre. Store bought wontons with fried chili oil would honestly be cheaper and tastier than White Bear.

Oh yeah, some Flushing dumplings is the need for today…. At White Bear , off Roosevelt Ave… can’t beat #6 wontons in chili ?️ oil , oh yeah , so yummy , so quick and what a kick ?… can’t beat the price $10 … cash only…

Pork dumplings are soooooo goooood!!! It’s a must! Fast service cheap! Very good!
