We have been with Totalcare for 4 month now for transplant medication. It was good at the beginning. The doctor changed the medication mid cycle and we had to get new medication. It's been a nightmare trying to get the new medication delivered. Totalcare customer service tells us we had to sign for the medication online BEFORE it gets delivered. That makes no sense. Once you sign and you don't get he medication, the insurance company will not refill the medication again. We told them we have no problem signing for the delivery once it gets delivered but NOT before. The third party company who deliver the package refused to leave it on our door step (which they have done the last 3 deliveries with no issues), after we requested him to do so over the Ring. We asked him if he could wait 10-15 mins as we were on our way. He said sorry no and left without delivering the package. We got a call from the delivery company stating they will reschedule the delivery for Monday or Tuesday. We told them no, it was supposed to be delivered today. We called Totalcare customer service that we need the medication today. Totalcare customer service rescheduled the medication to be delivered the later the same day. We got a call an hour later from the delivery company that they will not be delivering today. We told them we just confirmed with Totalcare that the medication would be delivered today. So we were back calling Totalcare again relying the message we received from the delivery company. At the point the Totalcare customer service person was annoyed with us (he slam the phone as we were ending the call). He never called us back within the hour to confirm the delivery, like he said he would. We get a call from the delivery company stating that the medication was getting delivered Monday again. We told them that is not what Totalcare told us. We asked the delivery company to get Totalcare on the phone so that we are on the same page. She puts us on hold, then confirmed that the medication would be delivered between 5pm-9pm today. About an hour and half later the delivery company calls again stating that they will not be delivering the medication today and it will be delivered Monday. We told them we received a call earlier that it was getting delivered today between 5 -9pm (mind you it's now about 3:40pm). We told the delivery company to get Totalcare on the phone. The customer representative that called us earlier from the delivery company gets on the phone, tells us she has not been able to get confirmation from the driver to deliver the package. We told her she need to get confirmation, she tells us she put us on hold for a couple of mins. So we were on hold for 22mins and the customer service person never got back on the phone. So we decided to call them from another phone while we were still on hold. We had to call twice because we could not get thru the first time. Finally get someone, she tells us we are scheduled for Monday delivery. We told her no, we are on hold on another line waiting for the first customer service person to get back on the line (we are on hold for now 30mins). Meanwhile, we are trying to call Totalcare on the third line, Totalcare is closed (it's 4:25pm ET). We look on Totalcare's website to see what their hours were it shows 9-5pm ET on Saturday. We are still on the phone with the delivery company trying get confirmation. Now the supervisor get on the call, tell us he is confirming delivery schedule. Keep in mind we are still on hold on our first phone, the customer service person never came back on. We explained the issue with the supervisor, he apologized. We told him how do we know the medication is going to get delivered today. He tell us he is confirming it now. We told do we know you are doing to deliver today, we asked him to give us hourly updates on where they are with confirming a driver. The supervisor said he would. They never called to give us hourly updates (first update should have been at 5:45pm), no surprise. We will be moving to a different company. It had been an

I have to have my sons medicine shipped to us because we don’t have any pharmacies in the state we live in that sells Epidiolex and is covered by his insurance and I follow his dosage instructions, I never give him anymore than he is prescribed! He takes 3ML in the morning and 4ML at night and this place is always so slow at shipping at his medicine in a timely manner and the women who work here are so Rude and Snooty, they talk over you and at the same time that you’re trying to speak, just very disrespectful. I wouldn’t go through them if I didn’t have too but unfortunately we don’t have a choice ??♀️

I am a transplant patient and Total Care RX has been delivering my medication for almost 3 years now. They are always prompt and remind me when I need a refill. Even after moving from Brooklyn to NJ they still deliver on time and always reach out to my doctor for my refills. Thank you!

Total Care RX is an outstanding pharmacy. I have been with them since my Transplant in 2019. Very professional and helpful to remind you for your refills. The billing department will also make sure your getting the maxium financial assistant from your insurance provider saving you $$$$

This place should be ashamed of themselves. I got a script 2 weeks ago through Good RX 58.00 for 36 tablets. Which was 138.00 through rite aid. This place quoted me 40.00 a pill!! Whomever is using this service better look elsewhere. RIP OFF!!

They have been my pharmacy for years. When I moved from queens to the Bronx they still delivered. I am currently back in queens by Long Island and they still deliver. They always contact me on time. Best pharmacy hands down. Always accommodating even when life happens. Thank you for your services.
