I had my shears sharpened by one of your shear guys in Simsbury ct and this man DESTROYED MY SHEARS. I had another company look at them and they are ruined and now I need to buy new ones. 3 pairs are ruined because of this man. I'm devastated and this is not a cheap replacement

I purchased a pair of scissors from a Yamako salesman a while ago. I dropped them and lost the screw. I contacted the owner in Flushing and told him what happened. He was very helpful and offered to fix my scissors. He took care of the problem immediately to my total satisfaction. They are trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend them. I am looking forward to buying more scissors from them. They have a wide selection of affordable razor-point scissors for those of us who can't afford $300.00 scissors anymore. For service and performance I give them five stars! ?
