Love this place. Very clean, great beer, beverage, and snack selection. No deli, but they do have a freezer for frozen snacks and ice cream. Their prices are also the best of any bodega I've been to.

Waiter was so worried about how much she got in tip that she failed to give us the proper order, I got all the way to my home in Long Island and realized I was missing three orders out of my bag. When I came back two days later on my day off they didn't even apologize and just gave me back EXACTLY what was missing out the bag.. very poor service and will not be eating there AGAIN

Me and my friend purchased the Groupon all what you can eat sushi with 3 drinks. We mainly ordered special rolls. The sushi is average some of the rolls I couldn't eat. I wouldn't eat there again; so many sushi places that has a better sushi with better quality and same price. The restaurant itself is fancy but the food is not good maybe they serve different kind of food if we ordered from the regular menu.

The food was really good but the staff seemed to be bother to serve. They had an attitude from the moment I entered the place, didn't ask much questions, serve the food to go when I was staying and gave me an attitude while leaving the place

Fuji Japanese Cuisine is by far one of my favorite sushi restaurants. I found this hidden gem on Groupon one night. It's been history ever since. Currently Groupon is offering an all you can eat for 2 hours and 3 drinks being sake, house wine, and house beer. The restaurant serves rolls that are pretty large and can be very filling so my recommendation would be is for you to take your time. My favorites are vegetable fried rice, shrimp shumai, and the house roll. Also as always have the most friendliest waitress ever. I will keep on going to Fuji, I feel like it does me no wrong.

I came here for dinner with a few coworkers last night. Service was quick and food was freshly made. They have two options: you are able to order sushi by rolls or pay for AYCE option. There was a Groupon deal for the restaurant. The AYCE option is 30 dollars. Staff was very nice and friendly. Even after we were finished with our food we were not rush to leave. For a Friday night the restaurant was pretty quiet. It is a hidden gem in forest Hills!

They messed up the ENTIRE ORDER and blame me for it. After spending over $60 for few dishes and sushi rolls, we received a complete different order. When we called them for explanation, they told us that we never specified what type or roll we wanted (hand rolls vs normal) so they made hand rolls. We order exactly from their menu and wasted a ton of money. Awful service.

I walked in here very randomly on a New Years Eve while attending an event across the street. I was extremely hungry and needed anything to fill my stomach, with no expectations what-so-ever. I walked in with 2 friends, planning on a very quick bite which went from one special roll per person to at least 7 special rolls between the 3 of us. The ingredients were surprisingly so fresh, rolls full of flavor and prices generous. The only thing I want to critic is the staff here. There was at most one or two other tables that night but getting the attention of the staffs were near impossible. Trying to get the water filled was rocket science. It was so frustrating and annoying trying to get their attention as they were chatting away by the front desk. As the bell rang in the back notifying the staffs that the roll was ready for serving, they just stood there talking and laughing. For a hungry person to witness that is quite an irritation. The rating is strictly based on the freshness and flavor of their rolls. Try it out for yourself and you'll know what I mean.

We ordered sushi from Fuji over the weekend after deciding between a number of places to order from. Fuji had a very good deal for 3 rolls of sushi so we ultimately chose to go with them. They had good reviews on Grubhub so that was really the deciding factor for us as well. We Ordered Wasabi Shumai, Kani salad, a spicy Tuna roll, a spicy crab roll, and a salmon and avocado roll. The Spicy tuna roll was pretty good, not as spicy as I would've liked but that is pretty typical at most sushi places that I've been to. The other rolls were pretty good, all nothing too special, just your average sushi rolls. I am a fan of their Kani salad as it was the best thing that we had from Fuji. If you're looking to order sushi for delivery, you can't go wrong with Fuji as they are priced pretty well. The only issue that I have is that they received a B for their health grade, something that doesn't sit well with me no matter where I eat at.

I frequently order takeouts from this restaurant. I recommend their sushi party tray A (13 Rolls of your choice) price has crept up over the past two years. The party tray that I always order went from 37 to 44. (minus 1 star) the quality of the rolls have gone down slightly. (aka, the eel cucumber rolls have a lot more cucumber than eel or the boston rolls looking much more like vegetarian rolls) Overall, this is still a decent deal as of Nov 2018.

The "B" rating on the door should have spoken volumes. What a scam! We purchased a $30 living social deal for all you can eat sushi....arrived....and then were told that we had to buy ANOTHER $30 deal in order to cover two people. So now we're starving and faced with paying $60 for AYCE....when in actuality we wouldn't have eaten $60 worth of food. Gtfoh....I was pissed, got up, walked out, and kindly went down the street! #whyliefornewbusiness #tradeINthisdeal
