I have been seeing Dr. Stella since December and the doctor herself has been great. HOWEVER, her staff tends to be rude, and has wasted my husband's time several times already. I referred my husband to see Dr. Stella and they failed to book his appointment which we waited 3 months for, then after making another appointment in another 2 months, we were told they no longer took his insurance. I made an appointment to speak to the dr about this over the phone but then the doctor left on vacation and my appointment was cancelled. After weeks of trying to get a hold of the dr, which they were refusing to let me speak to her, but after I finally got through the doctor said she would make an exception for my husband to be seen and said she would write it down. He goes today after waiting another few weeks and is rejected again, and they are not allowing him to speak to the doctor. No consideration for people's time and money and needing to take off work to be there.
