Visiting this store has been the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. They were able to fix a problem that I had spent 10 hours on phone support trying to resolve. They were all very helpful and quite frankly a joy to be around while I waited for my old phone data to transfer to my new one. Highly recommend.

I visited the AT&T store to unlock my late husband’s phone and was told to wait for a supervisor who was on break. The store was completely empty, yet I still had to wait. When the supervisor finally came out, they simply told me to call AT&T customer service instead. I ended up wasting almost an hour of my weekend for absolutely nothing. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I recommend staying away from AT&T and especially this specific location.

I visited prior ATT stores where employees did not examine my phone or confirm my customer status and quickly dismissed me. However, Domingo welcomed me, asked relevant questions, and swiftly resolved my phone network issue. Thank you so much!!!!!

PLEASE READ
Avoid this store at all costs! They are all scammers. I have been scammed multiple times by this store and a lot of you are probably being scammed as well. They tell you at the store in order to receive the 1000$ promo for trading in your phone you have to add the insurance provided by them. This is not true at all as confirmed by ATT customer service you don’t need any insurance to receive the credit. As also confirmed by ATT customer service the store makes a commission when they sell you this ins. Funny thing is I knew this from previously being scammed by them so when going to upgrade my phone and refusing this insurance THEY STILL ADDED IT TO MY PLAN!!! LOL bunch of scammers working here.
Secondly, they will tell you that you should add a second line to your phone to receive better service and internet speeds all around and they will tell you it is free for the first few months and to call and cancel if you are not happy with this. ALSO LIES!!! ATT customer service confirmed that adding a line to your plan is never free.
So due to all these scams and lies my bill was over 100$ more a month then it usually is. So be aware when you come here or to any ATT that if they try to tell you that you have to do any of these refuse it. After refusing I would still call ATT customer service to make sure they don’t add this without your permission. DO BETTER!

I had a bad experience at this store. The customer service here needs a lot of improvement. I could not complete a transaction because I couldn't pay with Apple Pay and had to go back home to get my physical card. When I returned, I was just two minutes late after 8:00 p.m., and the store was already closed. That is understandable, but the rep assured me he was going to wait for me.
Another representative opened the door for me and explained that they were closed. I told them the previous rep had said they would wait, but it seemed they didn't.
The person at the storefront called his coworker, who said he couldn't wait for me because people needed to go home. He suggested that I come back tomorrow. I was frustrated because he could have told me earlier that I should return tomorrow, especially if they had already started the process and just needed me to pay.
Overall, I was very unhappy with how things unfolded, and I would not recommend this store's customer service.

Had a wonderful experience updating old phones with Janessa. She was patient and calmed all my fears of transferring all the data from my old phone to the new phone. She was very knowledgable and was able to help us through any issues that arose. She also helped us to get the best deal on everything we bought!

Great store that is a terrific ambassador for AT&T.
I have been going to this store for several years now and they are notably personable and helpful concerning anything I bring to their attention. They always make time for me and, if they think they're juggling too many customers when I pop by or call them (since I live nearby), they let me know when I can return to maximize my time by giving me their undivided attention, working as a team when one individual may not be as fluent with a certain iPhone feature or AT&T protocol.
Natalia, the assistant manager is always willing to help speed up anything, like taking advantage of a promotional upgrade. Even the manager Josh has reached out to me in the past. Both managers are personable and good-humored.
Junesa and Domingo, veteran employees at this location work together to answer my questions. Junesa will return my calls to provide me clarification on anything I question. Domingo, the long-term continuity in the store, is usually on hand to help less experienced coworkers who are tending to me (as a walk-in).
Please note that Domingo exhibits notable fluency with every aspect of the various promos that can be particularly confusing once one walks away from upgrading one's device(s) because of the various activation, upgrade, pro-rated services and insurance fees imposed upon new purchases.
All people at this location are most kind, good-humored, warm-spirited and outreaching. They do whatever they can to honor my time and availability. Because of their overall savvy and help, I do what I can to avoid communicating with AT&T Customer Service (often outsourced to the Philippines) because this Forest Hills location does whatever it can to explain and simplify things that seem complicated.
Because of the caring service and attention I always receive from all people at this location, I hesitate to go to any other cell service carrier, particularly because they are nearby.
