Double check your documents when going in for an appointment to update name changes (which must be done in person). I had a very bad experience with Chase in FiDi, trying to update name change (provided documents, then nothing happened). Which led me to come in to this branch - so now a 2nd time in person to escalate this request. The woman at this branch was poking about my private accounts and closed accounts and commenting /questioning me about it. That's...not your job. Your job is to take my paperwork and get this name change done. Wasn't done. Still old name on my statements. Called Chase and trying to escalate it because I am being told I have to go in to correct name, which, I did twice. Keep your eye and follow up because the chase reps at the desks that you have to make appt with - do not do their job.

I work over at Tacombi, a Taqueria in the area and I am at this branch everyday.I felt the need to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the exceptional customer service I consistently receive at this branch. Please be aware of the Senior Branch Manager ROXANNA PORTER! A week before rent is due, I walked into the Chase bank at 107-36 71st Ave Forest Hills, NY 11375-4725 to withdraw my rent funds in the form of a Money Order. My transaction started off normal and escalated when the teller whispered out that she doesn't feel comfortable assist me with my withdrawn and if I can wait for the Manager to come and verify my account. As I waited for over 25 minutes for the Manager to acknowledge me (now 43 mins waiting in the branch) Miss ROXANNA PORTER, asked me to verify not my current address on file but ALL my address to access my account after I already authenticate myself with my DL, Passport and account pin code. I felt more comfortable providing all my personal information to her inside a Bankers cubicle. After my request to do so, Miss Porter, leaned towards the teller window while using body language aggressively yelled that she would not be doing my transactions in front of several Chase customer who was waiting in the line for assistance (this branch only had one teller window open). There is more and it's all recorded! I have submitted a complaint to Chase, BBB and also the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully no other banker experiences this type of treatment.

DON'T USE THIS BRANCH. THEY STEAL. I was depositing cash into my account through a teller. The teller took the cash off my sight and I was missing close to $1500 afterwards. I asked for security camera footage, but they bounced me around between their offshore departments. After 6 months I still have not received any update. This is supposed to be the most reputable and largest bank in USA but their internal system makes it impossible to get through to anyone who can help.

Sunday afternoon, I came to use the ATM machine only. It's about 5 we're available. there was also, A security guard was sitting there. You might feel the same. There's no chase logo pens and envelopes...... It's right Infront of the Subway Station.

They don't answer the phone here. They don't even put you on hold or call back. It's just an automated message that says we're busy, bye. And of course they're only open 9-5. If you want something that an ATM can't provide, I guess Chase isn't the bank for you.

There's no resolution to any issues that you have with this bank and/or branch I just don't understand it. You go there a manager's never available They tell you to wrong information and then when you handle things in the best way you feel is the correct one they don't want to take ownership responsibility for inconveniences and expenses even today I spoke to two different people One guy literally had to apologize to me for the other one giving me the wrong information but yet they don't want to take the responsibility for that information and customers acting out on it You call them no one ever answers the phone when you go there no one speaks to you or helps you to your appropriate way You're lucky if you find a nice lady here or there but I don't know what kind of manager this is I just opened my account up not even 6 months ago with this company and I am literally about to file a complaint with the FTC unethical uncouth on professional inconsiderate and what's really sad is the bank loses nothing We pay service fees and everything is insured with the bank and they do not give a proper customer care or service if you call the 800 number you get people hanging up on you and not giving you the right information You go to your branch the manager is not there something needs to be done and we need to all instead of stop instead of complaining here on this website we need to start complaining to the FTC

Jenny Genao doing favoritism. Took people who came with no appointment, in front of a long line. When people start complaining she said at the begging they had an appointment after she said : they had no appointment, that they had a meeting.Nondota Hazari stayed for 2 hours talking about her personal life with the clients and at 01:35 she just left. Leaving a line of ppl waiting.never come here. You need to wait more than a hour to maybe be seen by someone. Ppl just leaving without being seen by no one.

Had an appointment with Dikun Lui at 11AM. Went there at 11 to see she is already with someone. We waited there till 12 but still didn't call us. So what is the point of appointment? Several other tellers wanted to serve us but everytime they ask her she says 5 mins. Worst experience.

Yes definitely i recommend this chase location. Staff is very nice and helpful. I asked Ms. Janey to helping me on notarizing some documents and she was so so nice.
