My sister, niece, nephew, brother and I have been to this place and had a wonderful time there it was because bought snacks and drinks.

This place as well as the cashier said they are a tobacco shop that provides tobacco whether the leaf or crushed up. Every single time I went to this store aside from my first interaction, the cashiers wasted my time and played games.
