They went above and beyond for us! I was tasked with a speech to honor a member of our staff in short notice but I did not want to show up bare handed and only had a day left to present. The staff at Crown Trophy were able to find thempst beautiful and right crystal, prepare and engrave it at an excellent price and have it ready for pick up the next morning! The ceremonial dinner went excellent and the recipient was moved to tears. I cannot thank you guys enough for helping me out in a pinch! Thank you guys!?

I had a personal award project that needed to be completed very quickly. These guys explained what it would look like after manufacturing, and did everything extremely well and very fast, and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you! This shop is like a museum of trophies, you can come and see what you like, or have them design something unique for you.

If I could give more that 5 stars I would! absolutely the best trophy store around. Crown Trophy takes care of all of my companies plaques and crystals and always does a fabulous job. Turn around is fast and customer service is always top notch.

I went in to get my trophy engraved and saw a couple of championship ring I thought would be cool for my league, I ordered said rings when I got the rings 3 of them didn't fit I didn't ask for a refund just a simple exchange because I really did love the rings... I was told by staff the only they can do is give me a chain so I can wear it around my neck so now I am felt with rings that don't fit and only 40 bucks. I will never do business with crown trophy again it was unprofessional way of doing business.
