This is the worst CVS store I've ever been to and I'm forced to go here because it's the closest to my apartment. There is never an efficient checkout line even when there are two cashiers open. They simply don't know how to work efficiently to send customers on their way. Most items are locked up and takes forever for someone to come unlock the item. But the pharmacy itself is by far the worst feature of the entire store. They open at 9:00 am, supposedly. It is consistently 9:10 am and the gate is still shut. Which is wild to me considering that some people have to stop by to pick up their medication on their way to work. Even when you get a text from CVS letting you know that your medication is ready, once you get there, they tell you it will take an hour to fill. Yes, it would be ideal to call first BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. You get the PRESCRIBER voicemail which makes no sense if you're not a prescriber.Looking to switch to the other CVS in queens blvd. If you can avoid this one, please do.

Rude workers no help at all empty shelfs nobody bothers to come & open locked items & today I got a iTunes cards but when I tried to use them but it says "invalid number" that means nobody bothered unblocking them will definitely be going back to ask what happened ... to be continued .... So I went back but of course no help from them, they told me to call Apple to resolve the issue since "they can't help me with this matter"

The absolute worse pharmacy i've ever been to. How can you have 4-5 registers with 1 person working and a line that snakes through the isles. Also when asked about photo processing, the store associate just told me to stand on the side and wait until the store is less busy.

They said they ran out of a particular medicine - which is first of all, very concerning because it's quite common. But what they did next (and also did to the mom in line of ahead of me) was stupefying. They proceeded to tell us it was backordered and that we were "on our own" to find a pharmacy that had it stocked. That we had to all around until we found a pharmacy and then make that pharmacy call THEM. With a sick kid in tow. CVS, can't believe you won't do the legwork of actually locating a pharmacy that has the medication and sending the prescription over. Or at least offer to send it once we've located an alternate place. It's appalling that you would put that on the sick customer. To make matters worse, it was a huge cluster actually getting the prescription fed over correctly and it wasn't faxed promptly. I'm really irritated. Would not suggest getting your prescriptions here.

Some improvements from previous. Relatively approachable staff, no complaints about selection, great values. Remember, you have more than a few CVS locations. If you should want to switch, do so easily, because it's your sole discretionary choice.

Very rude cashiers over here. I was on queue and I approached two of them by the cashier and asked, "Are you ready " as they were apparently chatting at 630 pm rush hour. The response was, " no I'm still with him" referring to her fellow employee while attempting to open a gum". Long story short, attitude towards customers is very undesirable. I was not feeling well and needed multivites right away. So I will excuse myself today for going to this branch. Not recommended.

Came in and asked to use the bathroom but two staff members said it was out of order..which is illegal (sec 492) cuz they're a pharmacy so I know they have a working bathroom but refuse to let customers in. I know this because when I asked about the bathroom, the pharmacy staff member walked around to ask the pharmacist if they should let me in. She told me she needed to ask first. Plus the security guard was following us around the store. No customer service here

This is the worst CVS in the neighborhood...The workers at the register are always rude and no one want to help get out the locked up items like toothbrushes... I recently did an online pickup order the cashier made a simple process of picking up so difficult the only thing she didn't ask for was my social security number... I'm spending my money at the store why don't you want to hand over my order?????? I will never shop at this location again the CVS few blocks away 100-02 queens Blvd has great customer service, very helpful staff and items always in stock the one on 97-10 63rd drive is always wonderful with the same great customer service and pleasant staff...

the store smells, maybe from the dirty carpet. I got bug bites. Nowadays, this store still uses carpets lol. Besides, you see the item online but you can’t find them in this store. Everything is out of stock!

Do they purposely not have staff at this location? No self check out and always a long line. This isn't even a COVID related issue. This store has always been this way. Do better.

I witnessed a disturbing scene. A customer came into request which aisle they can find foot care products. The cashier informed him that he can find everything in Aisle 12. The man didn't reach aisle 12 and she called security over the loud speaker to go to aisle 12. The customer then approaches the cashier and asked her how she was prompted to do that because he didn't press the assistance button? The cashier couldn't give a straight answer. I was disgusted. Not to mention that the customer was a black male and I am a black woman (standing in line to witness this exchange). Will not be returning to this location.

This place is literally out of everything always. Do not waste your time. Also got scolded by a woman working there once for trying a nail polish like I was a five year old child. Would recommend going anywhere else!

The pharmacy department are the most caring helpful people I have ever met. They need to be more appreciate by the customers. They deserve a thank you ? for everything they do.
