Update: March 2025. Went on a Sunday. After lunch time. Ordered online and a nice, petite, Indian lady had filled it within an hour if not earlier. I know this, because I was ahead of schedule and stopped in early wondering if I could just buy my items in store and what to do about the online order and she said she had just filled it. And then at the pharmacy register... young man with curly dark hair, was very friendly, efficient and nice, too. They both seemed pretty busy. Especially the Indian lady. So kudos to them both.
2 years ago: Clean. Nice employees. Right off the subway. No complaints so far. Update 2021: Have used pharmacy. They deliver and pharmacy reps on the phone seem nice and competent enough.

Went to pick up a medicine before work . Which was before 2pm it’s was 1:30pm. This is my frequent pharmacy so I know they close at 2pm for lunch.
The medication was ready since 10am I did get a call about it. It wouldn’t have taken long for them just to give me my medication. They were so rude and closed the gate down on me while I was still speaking to a lady trying to explain to her my situation. I fly out for work tomorrow and won’t be able to pick up any other time today.
So unprofessional. It says on Google pharmacy closes at 2pm not 1:30!

Hire more staff, if you’re going to have everything behind locked doors make sure there are people available to open said doors. Why am I waiting for 10 minutes to buy something and another 10 minutes to check out. Do better.

Please get self-checkout machines here immediately. I don't want to deal with your rude staff. I'll refrain this time from naming the woman who thought she was doing me a favor by giving me back my five cent deposit when I stood in line to return an empty bottle. She rolled her eyes at me, told me she'd take it "this time, because our basement is full".
Not my problem. If you hate your job, hate your life, and hate yourself, don't take it out on customers. I stood in line to return an empty bottle that CVS charges me for, if you don't like that, get a new job.
CVS puts no limit to how many bottles of water I buy and how much deposit I'm charged. You can't put a limit to how many bottles I return to get that deposit back.
If you don't want to deal with giving people their deposits back, then don't take the deposit. If it's your job to charge a deposit, then it's also your job to give it back when people stand in stupid, long lines to return one empty bottle.
Get over yourself.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service when trying to pickup an online order because I had to wait an extremely long time to get my order and the cashier abruptly walks away to help someone who rang a bell for assistance with a locked cabinet. There were only 2 people working in the entire store. Why lockup everything in the store and don't have enough people to serve customers, especially on a Saturday.

The worst CVS I’ve been to. Lines are always long and they always have one cashier on duty while the rest of the staff are just roaming the store. They’re definitely not short staff on top of that they have attitude.

I know this doesn't happen often but this Atm definitely gave me a ripped bill. I informed the cashier about what happened and she just told me to take it to the bank 😑. Obviously this is not their fault but this Santander ATM is inside establishment.

Always a problem at self checkout, needs managers to take pictures of my ID for me to buy a gift card for a birthday present. And staff is probably underpaid and overworked to be so stressed out and not gaf at the same time… i genuinely hate coming to this place

Weird manager and racial profiling. Buying a red bull and for some reason the manager and the security had to assist. I’m a Black man wearing a hoodie, so I’m used to it. But over a red bull? Stop being weird

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever worked with. They have no idea what is going on and are even less helpful. It's a shame no one takes any pride in their work or customer service these days. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription ANYWHERE else.

Just got off the phone with the absolute rudest staff member. I never ever feel the need to take the time and leave a google review - but am extremely bothered with the fact that this woman thinks it’s ok to speak to people like that. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs ( also bc when I went in person the line had maybe 17 people on it and didn’t move an inch. Stay aware for your own sanity.

The worst service in this pharmacy. Staff has no patience and incompetent at their job. The experience at this pharmacy is always the same. Hire new staff and train staff better so they know what they are doing especially with insurance. Unbelievable, at the treatment I was given today.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. They told me to come back the next day because they were out of stock for my meds. When I returned they had me wait in line twice only then to tell me to go to different pharmacy to pick it up. When I arrived at the new pharmacy, they said that this CVS didn't even call them to refill my meds. Avoid this CVS at all costs. They clearly do not care.
