I HOPE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE READS THIS!Details of complaint filed with corporate and the district leader:Date: 10/31/23 at 5:04 pm (you do the math)118-10 Queens Blvd | Store 499Pharmacist: Vash (?) Apparently shes a floater.Shift Supervisor SomaliaDespite the staff and pharmacy staff being lovely for the past two years, I have to give this store a poor review. However, this review doesn't reflect the usual quality of the pharmacists.Unprofessional experience at store 499 pharmacy. Pharmacist (Nash? Vash?) was gossiping about customers, and mocking my situation, stating that she should just tell me that "we don't have those medications", after confirming they did, abusing her authority as a joke. She was incredibly rude while interacting with customers.What happened:My doctor was supposed to send an update of two prescriptions for pickup, but the pharmacy had yet to receive them. So, I used my One Medical app to remind the doctor to send the prescriptions as I needed to pick them up soon. As I was speaking to my doctor, the pharmacist called me over to tell me precisely what the other person at drop-off told me, which was not new information, and I was already on the phone with my doctor.I signaled to show her I was on the phone with my doctor, and she immediately accused me of showing her face to someone on my phone screen.The pharmacist scolded me for talking to her and my doctor simultaneously. She then gossiped about the incident with other staff members, saying she could refuse to fill my prescription.It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I then saw this pharmacist interacting with someone else at the register, questioning why they gave her two sets of the same medication.Unqualified people in high positions are disheartening. This was unbelievable.The shift supervisor told me that the pharmacist, Vash, is a floater and not typically based at this location. I'll inform corporate about this. It's mind-blowing that the pharmacy mishandles such private medication information.I just read their customer service strategy on the wall: listen, ask, respond, empathize. Looks like someone missed the note.

October 9th@ 2pm. There is an employee in this location that makes my shopping experience miserable. She is a Hindu lady in her 50s with medium length hair. She seems like she is miserable with her life and makes it her mission to drag you down too. I have never received help from her because she never has a solution to anything so I don’t even bother asking. But today she barged in my self checkout session without my consent and began scanning my coupons and throwing them out whenever one would not work! I can use it another time, it is not right for her to do that. But I figured I’d just let her get her rage out with my little coupons and go home. Once I get home and check my receipt I notice that she failed to use my coupon that was 20% off the total purchase! I could have saved a lot from my 70$ purchase with that coupon but due to her negligence and poor attention skills she must have tossed it without scanning it properly. Awful thing to happen during.a recession especially. Please PLEASE consider giving this employee a mandatory psychiatric leave and please pay for her to get some therapy and meds and not return until she can actually do her job correctly and not make people uncomfortable to even speak up because of her miserable demeanor. Additionally please give her a refresher course on consent in the workplace when it comes to invading customers personal space as they are checking out and costing them extra money in the meantime.

I had just now terrible experience in this pharmacy. One star its too much.I waited till Asian short guy (manager? idk) finished his private phone talk and asked him if he may open lock for stuff that I wilL choose. And he is immediately start to joking about my age. He explained this as joke. But for me that was as bulling. Man, look, you can kidding any type of joke with your family, with your wife and kids, if you have ones, but not with your CUSTOMERS. I have no idea who you are there, regular employe or manager, but I have no idea how you still work there. Sad, terrible and unforgettable experience.

CVS at Queens Blvd Kew Gardens NY it's a landmark of our neighborhood. The employees and pharmacists are very polite, helpful and knowledgable. There are always cranky customers who might say otherwise, but CVS people are great people, and the store has a very amicable vibe. I love it that CVS crew is very alert about things that might go amiss, and look after customers with high diligence. We hope the store will be in our neighborhood forever. Thank you CVS people!

WORST pharmacy customer service! NEVER available, NEVER pick up the phone. As a healthcare provider myself, availability is important. They need to fix this.

Listen to all the negative reviews and stay away. The employees assume every person who comes in here is stealing. I was literally walking TO the self check out line and the dark skinned male employee points 'the line is here.' Then the Hispanic lady asks WHILE IM ON LINE 'are you on line.' Awful place. Do not come here. It's full of people stealing so employees assume everyone is stealing. (Even while you're on line which is ridiculous) Key food is literally a block away. Get your snacks there or go to the convenience store right by the train station. Avoid this CVS.

Some products are under lock. You may need to call several times for someone to come and help. Store pushes store brand. Pharmacy is okay. Often they are very busy.

It's was horrible experience with this CVS locations the employees over there was very rude and mean to me and they provide poor service to me I try to do photos over there they print the pic with glow and shadow I can't figure out my self I asked them to redo it and I can pay more and they don't care they just left me over there and they said it looks ok and they can't reprint because the paper is expensive it's horibble service and mean employees very poor service they treat me very bad without reason I waste my money for nothing ,those two employees in the front was horrible and they don't want to help me get the service I paid for there service is 0I hope they change those employees because it's really lose for the business
