I would assume the person that I interacted with was the Store Manager, he was the only one wearing dress clothes. I walked in and saw that the store consultant was busy helping 3 people on the self-service line, so I figured I'd ask the manager for help seeing that he wasn't with any customers. I walked up and said "Hey" before I could even finish my sentence he says "Am busy" when I said "oh" because I was so surprised by his response. He then say's "What do you need" very dismissive. At that point I said, "nothing anymore" and went to look for someone else that would be able to assist me. Let me say, I am a Store Manager for another company and in my 15 years I have never spoken to a customer in that manner. You are supposed to lead my example for your staff and you sir are doing a horrible job. Your DM may need to sit you down and explain to you how to treat customers.

Barely anyone working at this store and those who do, aren't very helpful. One associate consistently was chatting and giggling while multiple customers were looking for help to open the cases. Everything in the store is locked up and not enough people who are willing to help out. Terrible prices, horrible service

My FSA card was charged $19.25 x 2 for item(s) that I did not purchase.

I want to inform you that this location should be the last place to get pictures done!!!! They claim it's an hour service, get a message it was going to be ready at 10:42 am...why did I get them 20 mins later. Woman has an attitude, but noooo one is doing these pictures! As you can see in this picture, no one is here and it's a hot mess!!!! You need pictures quick pictures and there is no Walmart for 14 cents, I suggest go to some Walgreens or the CVS on 108 Forest Hills!!! Total disappointment!!

This store's customer service has changed. During the week the customer service is much better and regular staff are in. I went on Christmas day when all the staff were 3 guys who think they are police. I don't know where everything is so I walk around searching for items I need. The staff was walking around stalking watching me like I was going to steal. I always shop here and in many other CVS. I am assuming people have been stealing because a lot of the merchandise is locked up. But not everyone steals. I felt just annoyed and you can hear their comments talking out loud such as "You see she has a bag. She better not take anything." I spent $60 buying essential items. I felt annoyed and I was already in a rush to go to work and I did not have time to put all the items back. If i had time to go some where else I would have shopped else where. I will not be shopping here anymore. Not everyone steals and that is not fair to be judged by others. I have shopped in the union square cvs and never had that kind of experience. I even go to the Bronx location but now even if it is out of the way I will shop somewhere else. It is a shame because it is where I stop by before I hop on the train to go home.

Staff are kind but not enough of them around. Everything is locked up. It’s impossible to shop if they take too long to respond to the bell. Maybe if I come back here I’ll just hand them a list of stuff to get me at the start. Ended up putting my items back where I got them from and I’ll try shopping at my local pharmacy in the morning (or amazon). If it reached the point of everything needing to be locked up why even bother letting customers roam around? Just have a counter at the front that we hand a note to with what we need written down on it. It would make more sense.

It's the worst pharmacy I've experience. A simple cream my doctor prescribed was not available and I have to wait for almost a week. The reason my symptoms got worst that I need to go to walk in clinic to get immediate treatment for infection. I was so sick that day, but I need to take my prescription. After a long wait in the line while in pain , I finally was able to asked for my meds. Unfortunately, the pharmacist told me my prescription tablet was not covered by my insurance that I need to call my doctor to request a capsule. I did and my doctor made a request right away. I understand there's many people, so I sat in the chair and waited for maybe for another 20 minutes, until the long line was almost finished. So there's only one man standing, but I feel like I'm almost hour there and I'm in pain. So I call the attention of the cashier I told her my med is ready. The man on the line gets mad at me, and the short brown cashier yelled at me from the top of her lungs that I'm not the only one there. Very unprofessional people. I noticed that the people are filling up because some pharmacists are just having fun talking. While the other one who's nasty is doing the job. I understand the stress but I don't think I deserve to be yelled at while waiting there for more than 30 minutes, giving way to all these elders to get their meds, while I'm in pain. I learned my lesson not to keep my mouth next time. I should have said something instead. This pharmacy should be reported to the authorities. They should treat people with respect.

They always have good offers, good prices, but their employees are unfriendly, you don't always get someone to help you, a Hindu lady who works in this pharmacy, very rude to customers, we customers are not going to order, we are going to do our shopping. And don't follow the employees already inside the pharmacy 😡😡😡,

Pharmacy staff is so rude. I had just gotten out of surgery and asked the staff what are the medications prescribed. She tossed me the bag instead of just telling me.

Quite bad customer service. I was waiting for the customer services to unlock the shelve. However, there was staff (in green headscarf on top of her head) who did not pay any attention to me, pregnant woman, since she does not have any keys. I have asked to call someone who can help but she kept having fun with herself and other customers. Then, the other staff member came saying that she is on her break, and did not do anything. What disgusting service

Typical miserable New York area CVS: stock is sporadic and unreliable, most of the store is locked in security cases, very difficult to find staff to open security cases and I’ve given up and left the store more than once due to no available assistance for locked items, staff seem miserable to be there, staff are generally not friendly and behave as if the customer is an inconvenience, little to no customer service ever available, self-checkout is often the only option, and pray you don’t need an age verification or agent assistance because there may not be anyone to help you complete your purchase for several minutes as the long line behind you becomes an angry mob for blocking one of the three machines. The self checkout machines routinely come apart/open up in the middle of a transaction as if they haven’t been locked closed after previous service. Management does not seem to care about resolving these or any other customer issues. This store could do much better, but it will likely take new management to affect any change. As a person with a cognitive disability, their random refusal to provide customer assistance and full service checkout make my visits even more difficult, if not even violate my rights under the ADA. This store is pathetic; avoid and use the main Forest Hills location.
