Pharmacy Mr.David was very busy and still give my covid-19 vaccine fast waited 5min. Other cvs place would hurt but Pharmacy David the shot did not hurt, I notice he is very helpful with his staff and customer, he is very pleasing person to deal with, Manger should be happy he has a good employer

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. CVS also offers a wide variety of all types of products.Their pharmacy is also excellent and provide all types of Vaccine shots.Two pharmacists especially give excellent service and have wonderful knowledge and effects of various drugs.( Sharron and Dianna )

I stopping in this store to pick up somethings. First as I walked in the door I was smoked in the face by a horrific smell, honestly it smelt like urine and it was throughout the store. Second I needed an item that was locked up, nothing crazy just the NeilMed solution packed box, the manager came over, opened it and handed me the box. The box was damaged so I asked for the one behind. After letting me know that it isn't opened he reluctantly handed me the next box that was perfectly in tact. Lastly I went to checkout. The person behind the register was nice but you could tell he did not want to be there.The smell alone of this store is enough to keep me out.Back to my Mom and Pop type pharmacies. M

A bad experience in this store. The manager treated my autistic daughter very badly. Since he observed her, he began to complain that he didn't want her to touch anything. Then he told me annoyed that she was making a lot of mess. My daughter was looking at the sunglasses. I explained to him that she was autistic and he just told me that he didn't care, he just wanted my daughter to leave the store. He had no empathy or sensitivity to a 4-year-old girl. In this store all the employees look stressed and unhappy to be in that place and therefore the treatment towards customers is very impolite.

SHAKEEL IS A HORRIBLE SUPERVISOR—PLEASE PROVIDE SOME TRAINING. Avoid this one if you can. Second time coming here and they ALWAYS drop the ball. During my first visit I went to pick up some photos that were marked “ready” and then when I showed up, they were nowhere to be found. Turns out that their printer wasn’t working and they had “tried to contact me.” When I explained to the manager that I did not receive any notifications stating such & asked around what time I should return, he said that it wasn’t his problem (because according to him, the system should have automatically notified me) and then said that he doesn’t know when the printer is going to work again.The second time (today) I visited, I went to drop off a couple of UPS boxes & they were only able to give me the receipt for one of the boxes. When I explained to the employee helping me that I needed the receipt their supervisor SHAKEEL (not sure if I spelled his name right) stepped in, gave me an attitude, and said there was nothing he could do. And, while I understand that perhaps there was nothing they can do as they are just a drop off center, what I did not appreciate was his condescending tone and the automatic “no” he gave me before even trying to find a solution. In the end I HAD TO ASK HIM to please scan my box again so that I may take a picture of the systematic message on their scanner saying it’s been scanned into the system. Why did he not think of doing at least this? Oh I know, because he was too busy trying to pick a fight instead of finding SOLUTIONS!!!!And, to top it all off, this location is a MESS compared to its counterparts. There were random things scattered on the floor, the checkout area was full of things that were left behind. And some of the lights weren’t even on!! All in all, the customer experience is horrible here—from the customer service to the ambiance of the entire location. Really such a shame. I can only imagine the problems people who visit this location & can’t advocate for themselves go through. After giving this place a second chance, I can confidently say that I will never be back!Shame on you CVS Store #7881

If you need medicine never go to this pharmacy 97-15 metropolitan Ave, the pharmacist MS Christy Cheung has the worst manners. She even gives expired medication without care!

I only write reviews if needed and this is necessary. This cvs and pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve ever had. They never answer, or if they do, you’re on hold for 30 mins and they hang up. I am pregnant and have waited on my prescription for 3 weeks now and still nothing. My doctor has done everything on her end but this pharmacy doesn’t do their job. I have been patient and nice but today I had it and I let them have it today. I rather drive further to a good pharmacy than go to this dump!

Most of the people here are nice, but one of their so called managers Andrew is horrible, completely horrible. Firstly he needs to learn customer service and secondly he needs to learn how to handle a situation and diffuse it. Jason is a great guy, one of the main manager and all the other associates to. But just avoid Andrew.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy staff work very very slowly. They have 2 pick up registrations, but only one is open and they are looking for anybody's medication for forever. The pharmacist is walking slowly, looks like she's teasing you.

Trying to reach the pharmacy at any CVS by phone is harder than trying to reach the DMV.After trying for about an hour to reach several CVS in the area by phone to find out if they had my meds in stock, I ended up changing to a different med and getting it from another pharmacy. Since no one answers the phones at the CVS pharmacies, they should get rid of the phone lines, it's misleading.
