All Andrew, "the manager" does all day is watch the cameras to see if someone parked in their lot and to get the person's car towed, non stop. And the only other thing he does is watch cameras to see if anyone is stealing. Cops are there at least once or twice a week because they got a report someone was stealing. This guy Andrew should have just been a security guard.

The customer service is really bad in the pharmacy area. on January 29th I went to pick up my medicine and I was told I can’t receive the medicine and it was due that day and I was waiting 3 hours for it then I saw someone that was I knew that has been working there for many years and she helped me really fast and gave me my medicine in 2 seconds. These new people that are hired are very unprofessional and unproductive and dry. This caused me to have a headache.

People here hate their jobs . I was ringing the bell to get them to open the door so I could take out the products. I did it 6 times. and I had a girl from CVS right next to me with the keys and she simply ignored the 6 times I rang the bell, the manager had to come and tell her to open. Every time you have to ring like 6, 7 times and is not because the store is busy she was doing literally nothing next to me. You need half hour for shopping a shampoo here don’t come

The customer service at this pharmacy is a shame. DISCRIMINATORS with people who speak Spanish. My doctor sent them the authorization they needed but the pharmacy said that the doctor was not answering. CVS at 97-15 Metropolitan Ave. Forest Hills I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The worst store I have ever patronized. Tried return an item bought in error by Aide paid for by OTC. They would not return $31+. In the past I have returned items and been given a CVS card. The manager was rude and hung up on me. She also denied a BOGO item that was clearly pictured in the weekly ad.
Had several discussions with several managers about letting dogs into the store they don’t mind really? It’s against the law.

Just went into this location and OMG 🤢 the ENTIRE store smells like a dirty cat litter box and sewage. I couldn't get out of there fast enough

I’ve visited here a few times to try to grab things before work as they open at 7AM, however I find myself in the parking lot each time until 7:30 EVERY TIME I COME HERE !! If the location says open then staff should be here prior to have store ready by then.

Do not go to this CVS!!! Very Poor customer service!! Self service did not work!!! So I had to go the cashier he rang up my purchase then told me the rewards didn't work, and I had to pay cash for my purchase , because the system was down. I Walked out!!

Do not buy gift cards here they run a scam glue the cards back together as soon as you scam them and add money they get used. When you open the card all the numbers rip off. Called CVS no help said it’s not their fault. Bunch of thieves.

Don't trust the pharmacy here to do the job that they were hired for. Their staff works slowly and with great arrogance; they are devoid of any and all customer service skills. They also call into question certain prescriptions despite being written by a double board certified US surgeon and feel like they can deny the prescription. News flash: you are not the doctor. In addition to this, they yelled at my mother on the phone for no reason -- maybe mental illness? A year ago there was a woman with an obvious UTI in line that was nearly urinating down her leg and they did not care to get her to a restroom. They couldn't be bothered. I guess my question is why work at this pharmacy if you don't want to do the work? Do something else.
