Went to pick up my 35mm photos twice here. They told me to come back in 2 weeks which I did and when I came the first time they said they didn’t have my photos and to call customer service . Called and they said the photos just landed at the main lab aka Fujifilm and should take another week or two . I then proceeded to wait over two weeks and called customer service again to see if it was ready. They said it’s ready and can be picked up at the store . When I went the second time ,the manager , idk his name rudely said they don’t have it and it might be thrown out after awhile and proceeded to leave to tend to another customer . I then waited patiently again and said i called and they said it’s been ready since last week. He finally checked each and every envelope and found mine ! It was just not under my name but my order number . Need better customer service and communication here … def for photos because it would be nice to be notified when my photos are ready instead of wasting my time going back and forth. Don’t come here for photos. Or ever lol

Beware! Do not buy gift cards here! its a scam and the lady manager knows about it and will not refund the money. There are exceptions that should be made as YOU sold a bad card, CVS and therefore it's on you! Card was scratched off when I opened to give to someone. Then when you pay for it it's activated and someone who had that card number now has a free gift card! To the person who got the free gift card, careful! What comes around goes around.

Right now, I'm waiting to pick up my prescriptions. The waiting line is very long, but at the counter just one attendant. Almost one hour waiting time.

I was told that my medications would be ready on Monday 1/6. 1/7 I went to get my medications and they saw me on line and closed the gates in front my face mid sentence saying they're on lunch and I was never on the line which made no sense because as I'm being helped they're telling each other to shut the gates and go to lunch. 1/8 I went to get my meds again and they said it's on hold and needs to be ordered and it won't be in until Friday I can go to the city and pick it up if I'm in a rush.I'm switching pharmacies . The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are so rude and have poor customer service it blows my mind. Mind you im a registered nurse trying to pick up prenatal medications. How about we do rotations for lunch instead of shutting the entire pharmacy down?! How about we get re educated on customer service and de-escalation?

I usually have no issues. But these new pharmacists are terrible, with no care for people picking up their medications. THREE pharmacists stood in front of me, stared at me, and then of them said we’re going to lunch, we’ll be back at 2.” It was around 1:35 pm and all either of the three had to do was hand me my 6 month old son’s medication, so I could be on my way. Why would you assume I have all this time in the world where I can just come back at your convenience to do something you can literally do right now?!

This CVS location is not trustworthy for online-order photo printing. Twice now I have ordered same-day photo printing online and have received no confirmation that they were ever printed. The first time I went to the store and was there for almost 2 hours trying to get the staff to print the photos I had ordered. They said the machine was not communicating with the online system, but then several months later the same issue happens, clearly suggesting they have done nothing to fix the problem. Go to the 97-15 Metropolitan Ave location (not the 108-11 location, which produces poor quality prints) if you want online photo printing.

Bad service! Bad manager! They sale bottles of the water but they don’t like empty bottles return! If’s you want return to the bottles. You should waiting for long long time! They just want money! They don’t do the good service! Who made the policy for this store? Return bottles must be after all customers done! That’s ridiculous! Every store has queues service! But that’s store not queues service! They depend for charging money! Funniest policy and terrible service! Today I returned bottles waiting about 30 minutes! The manager said return bottles should be patiently! Why? Very bad service and very bad personality! The manager looks like Indian is very bad! Another manager from Puerto Rico is very nice and smart! She arrange skills great! Every one online is praise for her! That’s customs feeling! If that store wants customers come back, please hires qualified managers!!! Not like the bad manager doing badly service!

It's a run-down CVS. Never satisfied when I come here.
My mom visited recently and asked for help using self checkout. The rep gave her her receipt but stole her coupons. Sad.

I have been using this CVS store for 20+ years. Never had any issues, found them to be very professional, helpful and friendly. Check the site and try to avoid busy hours. It always makes your visit less stressful.

I recently visited the CVS pharmacy Store #2057 on Queens Blvd and had a disappointing experience with the manager, Seema. I needed to retrieve a UPS package and was informed that only Seema had the ability to assist me. Despite this, Seema displayed unprofessional behavior by making me wait unnecessarily while she claimed she needed to restock. I waited for 10 minutes before she asked me to wait another 10 minutes before serving me, even though she could have easily served me promptly.
Additionally, another staff member, Cody, confirmed that only the manager had the ability to retrieve packages, leaving me with no other options for assistance. Seema's behavior demonstrated poor customer service skills and a lack of respect for customers. As a customer, I felt frustrated and undervalued during this encounter.
It was clear that Seema was exerting her power as the manager and demonstrating poor customer service skills. Her behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer. It is disappointing to see someone in a leadership position treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.
I hope that CVS takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their manager. Customers should be treated with respect and given proper assistance in a timely manner, regardless of who is serving them. I will think twice before returning to this location in the future due to the poor service I experienced.

This was the most rudest customer service I ever experienced in the entire pharmacy department.
Upon entering at 4:55 because I had a question I approached the consultation line where there was another elderly lady standing.
The gentleman at the lane was named “Harsh” was completely rude to said lady, while he began talking down to her as if she was dumb in my opinion and from what she told me he was ignoring her and being rude
Then once I approached the window I began to ask him where should I be directed to with the issue that I had.
He rolled his eyes at me and told me to “move to the other line” in a rude and obnoxious manner. I let him know that the reason I was in this line is because the other two state Drop off or pick up and I didn’t need either of those
So I began to let him know if he wasn’t aware that the sign above him says consultation and this is typically where people go if they have a question.
He rolled his eyes once more and dismissed me by saying “just go to the other line”. I left because there is no need to be rude back but
I took note of his behavior because apart of health care is bedside manner so if you can’t take a 18 year old girl asking you a question respectfully how can you assist someone in dire need?
I went to the line I was instructed to go to and began talking to an intern. As we are talking I needed to have a conversation with the pharmacist during the times who’s name I did not catch, when it came to the subject of payment she says “So how are we supposed to get our money” whilst I was on the phone the receptionist at my obgyn office.
The receptionist I was on the phone with said “this is the pharmacist speaking to you like this” I proceeded to say “yes and the staff as well” due to my encounter earlier.
There was another altercation while I was waiting to be served where the receptionist in the drop off lane directly next to where I was at was yelling and being very dismissive to another elderly women who wasn’t to familiar with English.
This is completely disrespectful and unwarranted. If you do not like your job don’t go to work. Health care is about helping people and all they are doing is getting prescriptions. There is no need to berate and belittle people in need of assistance. It’s despicable and all of the employees there should be under review for condoning their colleagues behavior.
