I have been using the CVS pharmacy for 20 years and have never had any issues. They were always professional and courteous. I also found them to be very helpful.

Writing this review on my phone as I’m waiting second in line and will probably finish before I get helped. Literally been waiting 20 min while 4 staff members chillin in the back while a single person rings people up and 3 people off to the side waiting for prescriptions. It’s 11 am on a Friday and not even peek time but my visit is still taking a half hour just to pick up a prescription. I got to the front just now and waiting in another line because my prescription I called in yesterday isn’t ready. No notification even though I’m signed up for notifications. It’s been out of stock for a week and I’m supposed to be taking it every day. So full review typed and still waiting.i have to wait 10 min for them to fill it. Edit: I come here every month to pick up an Rx and I might have had one visit in the past year where I could just walk up, tell them my name, and my prescription is ready. I can’t win. I try calling a day before, arrive off hours during the day, off hours at night… always a cluster here and I can never get in and out in less than a half hour for picking up a refill. I’m actually considering getting my prescriptions at a different pharmacy one train stop down. The commute might actually save me time than going here a block away.
6/18/24 edit: Just gonna post every month what issue I have every time I get a refill on the same drug. Called yesterday to get a refill. Drug out of stock again. Said they would have it today. Called again today and it wasn’t filled.

The pharmacist here I believe name is Diana was very unhelpful and unpleasant. I would suggest a different pharmacy if you could!

Used to be better but kept getting worse. Today, the pharmacy assistance named Michelle just left my medication far from my reach and left the bag there for me to do everything by myself. Not really a trouble for me, just the attitude like she's doing job free spiritedly and without any kind of responsibility.

Employees are very rude, nobody wants to help. I have to force getting help and then the issue doesn’t get resolved either way.

Good Pharmacies are hard to come by in this area. Soo many have closed, which has caused an influx of customers to the remaining ones. This place does a really good job handling the high volume of customers and I really appreciate it.Ive spend hours resolving mistakes from their competitor “Walgreens”.

I'm still waiting here in the doctors office as they had to resend my dad's prescriptions because the pharmacist claims that they didn't receive it the first time. The doctor resent it today in my presence and waited about half hour as she called cvs as well and was put on hold. I'm still here in the doctors office waiting for a pharmacy staff member to pick up the phone

Do not get your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy, always delayed or canceled. There is small pharmacies around the area that do it quicker! Worse CVs around the area.
