In several hours after installation the first ceramic corner (they recommend for soap holder/shelf) fell down and the second was not leveled with caulking separating from the wall tilesFazio did not keep scheduled appointments to fix the originally contracted work, and will return money for the returned soap holder.. that fell! Fazio, located at Metropolitan Ave , has not been picking my calls (during business hours) & you may not leave a message ! you must come in person to the store; very disappointed customer!Services: Remodeling

On time delivery and beautiful tile. More and more I realize shopping in the smaller local stores is definitely the way to go. They are there to serve you. Not like standing in those big hd stores where they don’t have quality and never anyone to help you and it’s never their dept. so you go home frustrated and did not get what you wanted. Fazio tile is the best. No more big stores for me. Thanks JoAnn and Adam. You are great.

Do not make the mistake I did and judge this business by their store window displays and their website! I wish I'd gone here earlier. After feeling limited by the selection at the Home Depot, I decided to stop in just to see what they might have, although I was skeptical. First of all, when I walked in, I was shocked that the store was much bigger than I originally thought. They have everything. The selection was amazing, but was only exceeded by the service I received. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't completely sure. Teralynn came to my rescue and listened to my description of my kitchen renovation, what the cabinets would look like and the vibe I was going for. She ended up showing me a tile that I fell in love with and really fit what I was going for. It was neutral but has a pattern to it so it's not just boring rectangle tile. I was so grateful that I had someone like that really listening to me and using that to help lead me to the perfect product for me. She also was able to recommend which stone to have cut for the transition pieces and it all works beautifully together. On top of that, my tiles were delivered on time and within the delivery window that I was told. The combination of the selection and the service will make me a return customer. I hardly ever write reviews, but this business really did an impeccable job!!!

Joanne guided us completely through a bathroom renovation for our older house- she is a pleasure to work with and an even better designer! We can't thank her enough as the bathroom is truly amazing. She understands design, people, and she appreciated the esthetic of our house and ensured that the bathroom style was appropriate for our home-- truly gifted, you can't go wrong here!

Excellent Staff that sells only Excellent Products - I would chose Joanne any day of the week. Seriously! - Very pleasant to work with. Diana really did an amazing job in helping to design our Kitchen Back Splash. Joanne's Staff spends considerable time with you and they are very polite, realistic and honest. They work with many different constraints and budgets to deliver excellent and high quality work. I am only sorry that I didn't go with this "Outfit" for the design of my Kitchen - I think my CoOp design would have been more seamless and had significantly less stress. I can't say enough great things. Joanne and her team worked seamlessly with my Contractor - Larry from EZ Touch Construction. You won't be disappointed with your selection of this place. Her pricing was excellent! Ask for Joanne and Diana!

Terrible customer service. Avoid this store at all costs. They don't keep records of fixtures they sell you. In the case you need replacement parts you are on your own.
