Unlike other accountants, they are also financial and investment professionals. Other places I've been to just transcribe numbers without thinking outside the box, and offering various tax planning strategies. Not only do they handle my taxes, but they also handle my investments. I also love the fact that they are a family owned operation and even if Craig, my accountant / financial planner, isn't available that day, there is always someone around to help me if I call.
