I was told on the phone by Person 1 that I would get a free consultation, and after the in-person consultation I said I would consider—then I immediately got a harassing call from Person 2 saying I would be charged various fees. Incredibly rude and confrontational.

I'm completely satisfied with the level of work, customer service & professionalism by Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day. The carpets in our house are very dirty, thy had stains all over. I didn't think the carpets could get so cleaned. Great job to Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day and will definitely use this company again.

After seeing the great work that Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day had done for my work office I decided to enlist them to clean several off my carpets at home. We used Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day to clean 1 large rug and two hallway runners. I booked directly through the owner, who was fantastic to deal with. Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day showed up on time and were prepared. They were quick and efficient. I am very happy with the work that they provided.

Our carpet was chewed out by our dog and had to call Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day to have it fixed. Now it looks good as it was maybe better and I can’t ask anything better than that. Just a job well done by the crew from Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day. Absolutely recommended.

I was so mad of my 2-years old cousin for throwing up on our carpet. Fortunately, I got the number of Forest Hills Carpet Care Same Day and I immediately called them. The workers are very efficient and they quickly cleaned our carpet. Good job!
