“I came into Fidelity knowing I wanted to open a Roth IRA and credit card with it. There was a walk-in wait time of about 15 minutes, because everyone there was busy helping a customer already. The lady helping me was very sweet, and helped me solidify my decision in opening a retirement account early. I told Olivia about my pervious issue with registering with Fidelity online since I didn’t have an existing account with them yet. She offered me a physical form to fill out, and explained the process/wait time after I was done filling out the form. Whole process was very smooth, very straightforward. “I went in about 11:00am was out by 12noon was pretty fast, I was disappointed that I couldn’t open my business account there because of one document I told the guy I just had a business account with the same papers I showed him and the government don’t send the same documents to everyone, I had all the papers to show I was a non-profit and registered and he still said he couldn’t do it???????but other than that it was good ?”

I've been to other Charles Schwab locations and they all have been very helpful. Unlike Fidelity. They tell you to use their app and then try to upsell you on their products. It's like going to a used car salesman.”
