This place is so unprofessional. I took my dad for a quick blood work and she was finding all sorts of excuses to send us back home, starting with "I need a physical copy of the referral and email is not acceptable". Then once I emailed it to her she said it's better to do these exam in an empty stomach, I said that's okay. Finally she came up with my the D.O.B is wrong on the referral, and refused to draw blood. I called the Dr's office and put her on speaker and then she finally drew the blood. On my way out she told me that next time she will not accept digital referrals it has to be a paper copy. I told her there will be no next time after the way you've treated us. This could have all been avoided, if she just did her job properly from the very beginning.SMH

The Russian lady was extremely rude. She yelled at us to sit down before I even had a chance to explain what I was there for. My 4 year old son had to do blood work so she told me to sit with him and hold his arm. Before I even had a chance to hold him she got frustrated and said I'll take care of the next person. She then came back and put the needle in the wrong place and told me it was my fault because I moved his arm. She stuck the needle on the side of his arm nowhere near her vein. My son was crying in pain. Not only was she rude but she didn't know how to do her job. I will never come here again.

They wanted me to bring a written prescription? My doctor normally calls in the required tests to the lab. Also, could not find where to go on the website to book appointment? Not sure this group are up-to-date.

I have used Lenco labs twice and they have been extremely efficient and the customer support responsive and helpful. I needed to set up a login and needed assistance and got a response within the hour. Second time, i needed to request my test results and again the response was almost immediate. Incredibly quick, professional and pleasant experience. I could not have been more pleased with the service.

These laboratories have very bad service, last week I went to the Astoria location at 3 and it was already closed and today I went to the forest hills location at 2:30 and no one answered the phone and no one answered the door, I do not know how they want to have customer service if they are not aware of customers

I always use this lab! They always bring amazing service! I am always pleased! They are very on time and always when I have an emergency they are to the point! I highly recommend you use this laboratory as per my experience I think it is number 1!

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at forest hills location on their professionalism ,I walked in and was welcome with warm smiles and pleasant attitude they are very courteous and willing . They don’t ever have a wait time so it’s always quick both Samantha and Nera are excellent

I work as an MA for Dr. Anastasio and Lenco has been amazing both before and during Covid. Our rep Mike is fantastic. Whenever we need something done it gets done. Turnaround time has been stellar even during the peak of the virus. I cannot recommend using Lenco enough, once you do you will realize how outstanding there level of service is.

My experience with Lenco was great! My COVID-19 test came back almost immediately (for regular PCR testing not rapid). They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

My overall experience at this facility was a very good one. From the receptionist to the person who drew my blood. I was specially impressed with the Lab representative Martin Liranzo. His understanding of my needs as a concerned patient where very much appreciated as well as his follow up with me. I would highly recommend Lenco Diagnostics.

My doctor had Lenco send a flobotomist to my house at the peak of the pandemic. They tested me, my elderly mom, and aunt. Covid antibody tests and regular bloodwork. The Lenco staff were amazing. On time, and easy to schedule. The blood draws were done very gently. Results were ready in two days. I would definitely Recommend.

The best lab experience. Highly professional staff, attentive to every detail, was taking right on time of my appointment , did the test and left the lab within 10 minutes, results delivered digitally few hours later, can't ask for a better service. Highly highly recommended. Would not use anyone else. Thank you Lenco Lab, you guys are the best.

Living through coronavirus in NYC hasn't been easy. I got sick a few weeks ago and am so grateful to Lenco Lab for processing my test quickly so I could get the help that I needed. Getting my lab result on their website was very easy as well. I will be using them again for the COVID-19 Antibody test this week. Top notch lab! Highly recommend!
