It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me. “This place is incredible. In two hours, everything I needed was fixed. I went to Star Toyota and they were going to charge me $2,600 for random stuff. My good friend recommended me this place and looked through the inspection report. Muhammad (the owner) looked at and said what is this? Told me what I actually needed (brakes and filters) and said the rest is unnecessary. It cost me less than half of what Star wanted AND was quicker. If I wanted to do the same thing over there, I would’ve been stuck at the shop for over FOUR hours. I’m definitely going to come back here. Honest people doing honest work”
“First time on the place, I was impressed on how the staff is friendly and polite you don't see that often. Very fast service, did an oil change (they have all types and brands, I was looking to get high mileage Mobil 1 and they had it), they check everything all fluids and tires air. They put a sticker inside your car so you remember when you need to change your oil again. You also get a free hand wash! Cashier is quick and they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. They have a waiting area or you can stick around while they work and ask questions and they answer very professional. I saw a few cars and they move fast as they can do multiple cars at the same time. Price is reasonable you can call and ask before, they are open every day!”

“Amazing staff. Explained everything perfectly. Now for Remedy Destination, Customer to customer I believe you should do your research, right. When you call or you go in person to valvoline they tell you what the prices are for what ever oil you want use and if I’m not mistaken, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline prices are exactly alike except when you call they already tell you that you can apply a coupon or that they will apply a coupon for you. On your receipt from valvoline it shows you received synthetic blend plus they apply a $16 coupon +2.44 off of that service. Now for jiffy lube receipt you paid for full synthetic which is a better oil then what you got a valvoline which of course would be more expensive. Therefore your getting a better service, better quality, and a longer oil life.”

No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“This is my go to auto shop for everything, I live close by and I've been going here for about 2-3 years and they have always been so kind to me. They have helped me with many things such as oil change, inspection, tire rotation, checking the breaks, and even helping me when rats chewed my cabled and my car wouldn't run. One of the workers even came on his moped a few blocks to meet me and turn on my spark plug so that I didn't have to get another expensive tow. I will probably go here for as long as I have a car. Highly recommend. Hispanics and cars are always a good mix!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to CPLE Imperial Car Wash and Lube. On February 19, 2025, I paid $75 for a car wash, only to notice after the wash that the visor window in my vehicle was broken. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, but was informed that the business would not take responsibility for the damage. This situation is very frustrating because the visor was in perfect condition before the wash. I am left confused about how this damage occurred and upset that the business is unwilling to address the issue. I believe that when a vehicle is in a business's care, any damages should be acknowledged and resolved. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled professionally moving forward.”
