I have been going to Shouley for several years for haircuts and Pro-addiction. I can say she unequivocally knows what I want and how I like my hair to look and every time ( I go every 6 weeks for my short hair to be cut) she delivers. I highly recommend her whether it’s for a cut, color, straightening. You name it, she can do it.

Oren Sassoon is the best hair spot in Forest Hills...and trust me, I've tried them all! Shouly is brilliant at what she does and always makes me feel like a super star during each visit. She consistently delivers amazing results, and I receive so many compliments on my hair post visit and the weeks that follow.
Time seems to fly when I'm there! It's so easy to get into a rut and Shouly always brings me back to being my best self.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now and I have to say the service, the stylists and the owner are by far a 10/10 for me. Shouly has absolute hands of gold and is very accommodating to the best of her abilities even through busy days. My blowouts and haircuts are always exactly what I ask for and more. She puts her love and dedication to the work she does and is amazing at what she does. The entire salon is friendly and warm and I have recommended this salon and Shouly to almost everyone I know. Everyone has always come out beyond satisfied!!!

I was recommended to go to Shouley to get my hair colored. I made an appointment a week in advance. I called the morning of to confirm the time and appointment. I got there on time and was told that the colorist was overbooked and couldn't take me. OK. FINE. Then she decided to sit me down to a different colorist that looked like she needed some serious hair coloring. She was lost. She didn’t know what to do. The owner was super rude to me for no reason. I would’ve had no problem paying the astronomical amount for the service I wanted. But was I going to risk it for someone I didn't want to begin with? No. I got up and left. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

Oren! You Nailed It, Again. When I first met you, after years of salon hopping in Manhattan you nailed the color (the one I was born with, how’d you know)!
And, now a dozen years later you’ve given my hair a new lease on life— representing where I am, now. Multi-dimensional, gorgeous platinum.
Thank you for always getting who I am, especially when I forget. It’s been a magic carpet ride and I’m glad I get to live it with friends like you.

Oren cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! I didn’t even have to explain much, he just knew what to do. Staff was friendly, they all worked as a team. Definitely returning!

My daughter works in the area and had her hair trimmed by an unnamed salon! She was devastated at how it turned out and immediately ran to Oren Sassoon salon! They were so welcoming and understanding as they could see how upset she was! They sat her immediately and took extremely good care of her! She left there very satisfied with the results and they even refused to take her money! I would highly recommend this friendly and talented salon!
