So far, NYU langone is the best medical facility I've been to in New York. All the staff members I met are genuinely courteous, helpful and patient. They go above and beyond to attend to patients' needs, especially elderly people. If you too had a terrible experience with Lenoxhill, this place is your best bet. And if you've been here, please take the time to write a review and show kindness to them just like how they are kind to patients.

I have no complaints about this place. I escorted my neighbor to have an MRI of her knee. From the moment we entered we were taken good care of. Front reception was great, Lori and everyone esle. Efficient and courteous. The back staff was just as nice. Gabby, and all the Xray techs were amazing. I would recommend this place. And they also have free parking. How great is that! ?

There are a lot of bad reviews related to everything from scheduling to management to insurance issues and everything in between. I've been going here for like 20 years for mammograms, Xrays, MRIs, whatever I've needed done. I don't think I've ever had a problem.

Stay away from this place the level of customer service has declined they are rude and very slow! I always have to go back they do wbrything wrong! I agree with other folks scamming our insurance they must have new management go else where if you have options.

This is about breast cancer screening - mammograms and ultrasounds. I suggest you go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Every year, this place tells me and my doctor that my first screening "indicates the need for additional imaging." Every year. And then, I have to waste hours of time getting referrals, and prescriptions, and scheduling more screening. It takes weeks to months to get on the schedule because the person who does the re-screening, isn't in much. And then - what do I find out ? That there is no problem. Never was a problem. Every single year. In the end, someone who knows what they're actually doing, looks at all the scans and tells me there is no problem - and they wouldn't have sent me to additional screening at all - it was someone else's judgement call. God knows NYU doesn't bother to compare previous and current screenings before intimidating my doctor and me into additional screenings. They know that any doctor who sees NYU recommend more screening is going to force their patient into it. Its a money grab. Its incompetence. Every year. Never again.

❌Avoid coming here. They make you come back for more unnecessary “pictures “ of your breast to get more money. I been coming here for a while until last time in November they made me go back. They said they need more mammograms, the room was full of ladies going through the same thing, they all were upset about it too. We all started sharing our experiences and we all came to the same conclusion. Our doctors didn’t need more mammograms. Find another place to get your mammograms Or sonogram s. They are billing our insurance like crazy.

After receiving an inconclusive result and potential issue detected in my first mammogram, i had to reschedule as quick as possible due to job related issues. I got an appt. In forest hills,which I traveled 90 miles to get to.
All staff were warm, caring and friendly. The wait for the mammo was quick and Stephanie really puts you at ease during this stressful time. The sonogram times got a bit mixed up but an energetic organizer got it cleared up and Maria performed the easiest sonogram I ever had. She was thrilled as I was that the result was fine . This is by far the best NRAD and I'd been to 4 . The botched job came from Huntington. I have never been hurt so badly by both their mammo and sono and left with a mess of goo on my chest. I will never go there again .

I came here as it was the only, earliest appt at a "Langone" facility based on my doctor's referral. Much rather would have stayed in the city. As the others reviewed, the receptionist, the lead tech, everyone here is downright rude. The worst is Sophia, but they are all the same level of cockiness. They talk down to you, are insulting, and to go with everything else, the place is unkempt. The only reason for an extra star is the tech Stephanie who I had, she was incredible. Doesn't fit in such a horrible place. I am never going back to this location and dealing with the reception. Avoid if you can.

I'm giving 2 stars for this place because the technician who actually did my sonogram was very nice, gentle and seemed to care about the patients. If not this place would get one star because the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and unpleasant towards the patients. Upon entering there are 2 women right next to the door. The one girl is so abrasive in how she greets you "hi you have an appointment?!!!" Extra loud & pointing the stupid inaccurate thermometer at your forehead even if you ask for your temp to be taken on your pulse instead. She very rudely states "No, I'm sorry we cannot take it there!" Never have i heard of this I've been going to appointments during covid & all places are very accommodating if you request to have your temp taken via pulse instead. Then she's asking you the questions regarding if you have symptoms, etc, she doesn't give you a chance to answer the first question before she's asking the next. I sat there watching her as she addressed other people who walked in and she was just as rude and unprofessional. This woman seriously needs some training in customer service. She answered her cell phone while working and was very combative towards patients. She was even speaking about patients as if they weren't even in the same room. Also, this place has too many people waiting in the waiting room at one.I also witnessed a woman who I assumed was the manager tell a mom with her son and baby that her son couldn't be seen til 4:30 so they needed to leave because it was another 45 minutes till 4:30. She was very uncaring about the fact that it was 32 degree weather outside and didn't care if maybe this family had nowhere else to go to wait.While waiting in the back to be brought into a room I heard a technician talking to a patient about the fact that her daughter's school was closed due to covid. She was trashing teachers and even named the school. You never know who knows who & it was very unprofessional for her to be talking about teachers and being specific about what school & also to be talking to a patient about this was very unprofessional as well.By the way, this place is now called NYU Langone Radiology- being affiliated with NYU, you would think it would be better.
