DONT COME HERE.
1. No front desk, so no staff to ask questions or speak with. You have to rush them when they come out the door to call the next person to get any sort of answers.
2. They do not honor appointment time.
3. The monitor/TV is not working so I have no clue if I'm checked in and where I am on the list. I definitely feel like other people got called ahead of me.
4. Staff looks like they hate their jobs. Maybe don't work customer service? None of them are friendly.
5. This site is overall poorly ran.
Unfortunately the LabCorp on Austin Street closed down so I picked this location but ultimately regretted it. I've been waiting for an hour to do a simple urine test. I'd rather travel much farther to another LabCorp.

Technician was great. A little annoyed that even with an early appointment, I still had to wait a while.

They are terrible! I used their online appointment system to book, and checked in via text message they sent. I waited for half an hour to be called. Then when I asked why I wasn't called yet they said I don't have an appointment, showing me the appointment list which had my name. When I showed them that my name is on the list, they said we didn't see you, why do you wait 40 minutes to say something.

Quest Forest Hills is clean, quick and easy. With an appointment they are on time. Staff is courteous. I recommend this location on Austin Street.

I can’t believe that this place is still running. They didn’t have cups to drink water. There was no soap in the bathroom. I was just there to collect containers for stool test. I was waiting for 45 minutes. My toddler was frantically hurting in pain and wanted to use the rest room. But no one would open the door. And when the door opened and a customer exited, I went inside with my three year old and was asked who let you in ? I am so so upset that there is nothing done about these issues since a long time at this branch.

It's a quest with a problematic sign in machine, prepare to wait 1.5-2 hours (literally) apart from your appointment time so the entire thing plus the wait would be about 3.5 hours.
If you are seen earlier than the 1.5 hr minimum wait, congrats you got a rare good day.

Carlos, a phlebotomist at this location, got into a shouting match with my friend who went to get lab work done. My friend waited over an hour for his appointment - only for Carlos to yell at my friend because he did not hear the correct room number. Carlos yelled, “you don’t follow directions!”. Extremely unprofessional.

Stay away! Horrible experience. They clearly overbook & don’t respect appointments at all. I went for a 12pm appointment & by 230pm I still hadn’t been seen. The room was overcrowded and I heard a worker say they were behind 2 hours. I ended up having to leave because I had work. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place will be getting a lawsuit. They make appointment for 7am but no one shows up for work till after 8 and then they have you stand in the hallway until they feel like getting started. Worst attitude and customer service. I will ne contacting a lawyer. My test is very time sensitive and the pre meds where very expensive and now I have missed my window because someone didn't want to come to work. This is atrocious.

An hour late despite a scheduled appointment and one of the tests were missed on the script. I will not be back.

Terrible location. 12:10 appointment and they just announced 45-50 min later they are an hour behind. No check in booth. It’s a virtual iPad kiosk which makes everyone run frantic to the front door each time someone comes out. Who runs this place? Steve Balboni would put this place out of business. Also, anyone else want to partner and make a much more efficient process? This is worse than the worst day at the DMV. Make sure your phone is charged.

There is no way to get a person on the phone to ask specific questions. When I got there, there were no employees in the waiting room to ask them in person. Ridiculous.

The short: This company and location are straight out of a futuristic nightmare. No customer service - no hello, no help, no one to hear you scream. If we continue to support them, then they will think what they do is acceptable.
The long: I scheduled an appointment which is all automated online. I wanted to call to ask questions, but you can't. I got a little lost on my way (this is a very discreet office building and you can easily walk by). I wanted to call to ask for help, nope. So I arrived more than 10 minutes late.
Imagine this: I'm rushing, I find the building. I get to the elevator and it's the slowest possible ride to go one flight. Get off the elevator and you are welcomed with a labyrinth of a corridor (of 4 people who got off 3 quit, only I made it).
Open the door and you are now in a dim florescent lighted room. Approximately 30 chairs setup in evenly spaced rows and columns of 6x5. All the chairs face a wall with a door at the center. On the left a kiosk with an iPad is there to greet you. I showed up late so after I signed in the kiosk said I had to schedule for another date.
As I left I stopped to look at the waiting room and it felt like something out of Beetlejuice. In the movie they do it to exaggerate and create a comedic atmosphere. Quest diagnostics seriously feels treating their customers this way is acceptable.
I repeat, people and companies will treat you the way you let them. I will never come back to Quest.
