The Manager is well versed in all Banking products and Service.
They also serve great grounded coffee !!!
It is truly a Neighborhood Bank ,and Convenient!!

Very greedy bank. They want 10K in order not to charge service fee for buisness account.. Other banks asking only 2K.Never will come back. Instead of fight for the customer they just let me go to another bank.

The customer service was great. The wait time was short. Unlike a national bank, felt the service was more personal and offer a sense of community which I felt good and nice. Will return for a cup of coffee on a cooler day which smelled great. Nice historic building. Loved the architecture.

I was first introduced to Ridgewood Savings bank when this amazing women that works there Nancy saw me on TV for my non profit pawitforwardny.com, they donated to my non profit and I quickly transferred from TD Bank my personal account and a new business account with them. I then met business relations manager who is so wonderful named Mackenzie and will be at this bank for a life time :) the staff is excellent, the service, and the personality is genuine. Thank you Ridgewood. 5 stars!

This bank has a branch on Queens Boulevard and 71st Street in Forest Hills, Queens . The building it is located in is a beautiful building that is land mark protected. It is worth going into the branch just to take a look at the building.There is an exhibit in the building about opening day for the building in the early 1900's
