Came to gain access to my deposit box. Needed my passport for emergency travel. They basically told me I had to have an appointment in order to gain access. At the time of my visit, the bank was empty with two tellers sitting behind the glass and not a single customer. How is this customer service? So disappointing.

Terrible bank. I moved to another state 2 years ago and called them to request a new card, they saying me that I have to go to their branch to get a new card! Seriously????? I have to buy tickets to NY to get my card???? Spent $1000 for a tickets to get a new card?!?!? Don’t even think deal with them.

The bank manager and bank tellers were super efficient and accommodating! They made what could have been a tedious task simple and courteous.

I went there to deposit $500 to reactivate my account, the banker had a condensing tone and teller not very friendly didn't even say have a good day. Go to Chase, it's much better.
