The level of incompetence here is beyond me. I walked in to see what I could do about my damaged phone and an associate named guaman attended me. They were literally on their phone talking to their health insurance while working with me and could not get a complete sentence out because they kept stopping to answer the operators questions in regards to their health insurance.. Handle your personal matters on your own time and give the customers your undivided attention.

Disgusting and unprofessional services. I walked in and Carlos introduced me to a girl to assist me who stated "no im so tired" why would you think that's even ok. I was porting over from another carrier and I'll just stay there , because it's really unacceptable. I was already hesitant to switch because my current carrier has great service but expensive. But I'll stay where I am because this experience was gross. And from someone who worked for a telecommunications company for ten years and dealt with all type of customers, if someone greets you with a hello and smile you shouldn't be responding with ugh I'm so tired . Do better or get out of retail.

Bad customer service with female staff who has short hair.I even couldn’t finish my word to explain what I need about new number. Just kept hearing no no you can’t and interrupting me whole time while I’m trying to explain and talk. Very rude…disrespectful.

I walked into this retail location with a complex account issue and Wonder Kelly™ used her superior brain power to remedy the whole shebang within minutes right after Christina, the lovely manager, waved her magic wand. Another magenta member, Myrka, can easily put any situation at ease with her smile that shines from within.

1star for having the phone requested to purchase...They gain the rest of the stars when they start hiring or training staff to be awake and alert in doing their job. The staff looked like she just woke up and was complaining how she has to come here at 9 AM. While she is complaining to a training staff and just pushing some buttons on the T-mobile smart tablet, she had the energy to open the phone package and make sure the payment for this happened. That took 30 minutes of her time. The rest of my 20 minutes was watch my old phone 'transfer data' to the new phone. I was told then that I am set go. However, I was not as my old phone was still receiving messages and phone calls. A lightbulb popped in the T-mobile staff mind that they forgot about the SIM. So they just took my OLD SIM and placed into the new phone. The new phone with the OLD SIM was working for one week and then I have had no connectivity to drop to 4G (from 5 G boosted network). I could not send or receive calls or text messages without placing the new phone in 'airplane mode' then off to 'reconnect.' Voicemail was not working. We also do the T-Mobile recommended network connectivity troubleshooting and it did not help. I basically was carrying a piece of metal. Once I called T-Mobile customer, they said that I need a NEW SIM card. Apparently, since the OLD SIM card was for an old phone (at least 2017) this would not work with a 5G phone.Now I had to order a new SIM which then had to be connected to the new phone. It is better that Austin St T - Mobile became automated customer service rather than human beings as you will likely get better and quicker service.

Wait staff was professional and helpful. I learned one or two things. The problem is my phone is very temperamental. But I would definitely go back here

Came in to get my e sim transferred over to my new phone. I didn't realize how complicated of an issue it was but malikye was extremely friendly and patient. He even worked with me 30 minutes after closing and did not rush so that I would leave with a working number. I've been coming to this location for years and the staff has always been wonderful! Highly recommend this store!

I had the best experience with Jewry. He answered all my questions and helped me pick my case out. He was very attentive and I love this T-Mobile. Jewry definitely took his time with me and was very patient.

This is the worst T-mobile store that I have ever went too! The manager at this location is VERY VERY RUDE!!!! I walked in as a customer wanting to start a new service with T-mobile. She had miscommunication with me because she did not explain herself clearly to me and I was standing there kept waiting when she had already had helped like 4 customers that came in afterwards. I had asked her a question how much longer would I have to wait then she started raising her voice at me in front of everyone. Telling me that they had police officers in the back as well waiting also and I am just thinking in my head like so what if there are police’s what does that mean? I am a customer too. (I am not stealing, I am not destroying and I was not trans passing) I am here waiting like everyone else to purchase a service from T-Mobile. It is not my problem that you do not have enough staffs on the floor to help customers and it is her problem that her staff had to keep asking her questions on each customer that they had because they did not know what to do. The pressure was on her and she yelled at me like it was my fault. Making customers wait, is a manager’s problem! you can lose customers like that. Time is money but I guess as a “worker” she doesn’t care if her customers are wasting their time because she is not the one who’s losing money, she is still getting paid while everyone stands there waiting because she’s on the clock. This T-mobile location needs new management!! Even though I waited so long at the end I still purchased service from them thank you to the staff member that had helped me! But seriously this location needs new and improve management, they need to step up on their game big time.
