Smallest Target I have yet to see. Enter off Austin Street, then escalator or elevator or walk up. It’s like a baby Target. I don’t know why they have to squeeze into every available space. Not too much choice in any department. Dirty bathroom. But accessible ♿️. Seemed understaffed as well.
