I used their computer for less than 10 mins to print something out and was charged $20 plus the $0.65 for each black & white printout page. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and use your local library instead. Absolute robbery pricing

I paid UPS for the privilege of having a package held here while I was out of town. The pickup experience was beyond rude. Based on other recent reviews, it probably was the same nasty individual Tristan and Timothy dealt with. Rated A for avoid. I'll never set foot in this place again.

I went in there because I had to have a photo taken for the UK travel authorization. The man was very nice and did it for me for free even though I offered to pay abd frankly would have gladly paid $20 or so. I had a very hard time uploading my picture on the app and the man there did it for me. Didn't charge me but that is not important.
My husband goes I there to have his ETA done and they refuse to do it. He tells them he will pay. They say they only do passport photos. My husband tells them he will pay. They still refuse. I understand that it is an unusual request perhaps but as part of the community why would they refuse. Especially since we offered to pay. Do they not want to make money? Taking the pic took the young man who did it for me about 2 minutes. He just have to take a picture of me on an app. Now, I will have anxiety about getting this done before we leave in a few weeks. Ugh.

Standing in the store it’s 6:52pm and the guy tells me I have to leave bc it’s 7:00pm to them. No it’s 6:52 then your sign should say closes at 6:52pm. This store is terrible

Was dropping off a package. It was my first time returning a package. I asked help for printing out the label. The indian guy wasn’t so helpful and he’s so rude. He just pointed out the computer and didn’t help me out. I paid $3 for the computer and didnt resolve my return, the options were also complicated in the selection.

Do not come here to do your fingerprints for an FBI background check. What should have been a very simple and quick procedure became an absolute nightmare. None of the staff are trained on how to use the machine, nor do they have a dedicated person to assist you if you are having problems scanning. They just sit you down, wipe the screen, and then leave you to do the rest. I don’t know why but my prints would just not scan, and whenever I asked for assistance, the guy with the turban would just wipe it, scan his prints, and say, “Well it’s working for me” and leave. It’s great that it works for you, but it's clearly not working for me after I’ve wiped the machine myself, dried my fingers with paper towels, moisturized, hand sanitized, and whatever else I googled. So, after 45 minutes, they just tell me to call the service number on the monitor. I called the guy and he told me to do the same things that I tried before and then he told me to ask the staff if I could use the bathroom. The two cashiers were busy with a line of customers, so I tried asking the short guy in the back, mind you I did not see any big sign that says “Only Employees Past This Point”, so I asked him but he said “It's not open to the public”. So I went back to my seat and then the guy on the phone wanted me to write something down but I didn't have a pencil or a pen on me so I tried asking the guy again and that's when he started yelling at me to not come to the back and giving this huge attitude, he didn’t say I couldn’t be in the back last time I asked him for help. Then the other guy started yelling at me and eventually I just left. Absolutely horrendous service if I'm paying $47 and can't even get a full refund. So yeah, come here if you don't mind wasting time, energy, money, and are prepared to do 99% of the troubleshooting yourself and get yelled at when you ask for help. Just go to Identogo in Jamaica or Brooklyn, it's a bit pricey but they actually know what they are doing, have better machines, and I got my results an hour after submitting my prints.

You always have an employee who’s hanging out pretending to do something while they watch the line grow. Mgmt needs to train employees to stop what they are doing to help reduce the line
