I went into a Verizon retail store in Forest Hills on Saturday March 29th. I wanted to inquire about my cell phone bill and about purchasing a new I Phone. Damien did greet me and said how can I help you. I explained I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. My cell phone bill went up. I mentioned I had checked out T Mobile and it was cheaper. His response was well that I should just leave Verizon. I found this unprofessional and no regards for me as a customer. Never offered any special plan with getting a new I phone. I will not return to this store. I now understand why such low reviews on this location website. One star because he did greet me. I am seriously thinking of leaving for another carrier!

I walked in store and was not assisted. Flat out not assisted. I don’t know what the people working here are supposed to be doing? Maybe it’s nah, don’t want to say that . Verizon chiiiefs need to visit this store incognito. They will be surprised I.

I have a contract with them. almost 3 years already!! And I have four lines. and one of them had a problem with the phone lines. It was in the month of September, I went to them and said the reason why the phone turns off every 20 minutes is a problem, and they said, yes, for everyone. When to download the new version. And I waited.
And I was there yesterday. And he addressed the same employee. and he sent me to the Apple Store that they will decide. I was surprised, Why does he say that.. that I still have a contract with them, why do they send to the Apple Store..
And I went to the mall on the way, and there I found the Verizon company. And there an employee helped me, and he knows his job competently 💪to the employee. I explained the reason, and he said, you call………this number and Verizon will send you a new phone. I called.. tomorrow I will receive a new.. phone. the employee gave me the right direction (he knows his job)
Forest Hills. Verizon. The employees are uneducated and don't know their job. They shouldn’t work there at all, they need to change workers.🫵👎👎👎

OMG what’s going on with this store very unprofessional, no people skills, they are lying to the teeth , i buy an iPhone pro max I want the desert color first the guy brought the color second one girl decides there is only one of this color left I cannot get it. So they want me to get the grey or the black, at the end I choose the grey. While I was sitting for the guy to transfer my information I saw employees brought 3 phone desert color to 3 white people. At beginning the girl advises me to go to an Apple Store to buy my phone instead of buying it at Verizon I suppose to listen to her. I really didn’t know they were so bad. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

This Verizon store on Austin St in Forest Hills is so bad that even though I live nearby in Forest Hills I’d rather travel to the Verizon store located in Queens Mall which provides excellent customer service. The employees at Verizon/Austin are useless, and seek any way to do the least for a customer.

I cannot even begin to describe the unprofessionalism and incompetence my wife and I experienced today. Combative and condescending are just two words to describe the staff. The lack of communication skills is only enhanced by their lack of knowledge. I will try my best to never return to this location. Buyer beware

The customer service here is vert bad. The older lady needs to fix her face if she dealing with customer, she don't have a pleasant look or very helpful.

It’s ok decent sized store however they don’t offer tech service at this location like the store on Steinway st in Astoria. Only good for accessories. I’ll stop short of recommending

Literally the very worst Verizon store I’ve ever visited. There’s a man with glasses that’s always holding a tablet, that dude gives off a very bad vibe, he seems like he doesn’t want to help at all. His attitude is nasty and gave me a bad look the entire time. I’m definitely reporting this to corporate. This store needs to come down asap. No customer deserves that type of experience.

I visited the Austin street store on a couple of occasions in the last few weeks and was helped by Chris each time and he was extremely helpful and very professional and is definitely an asset to the company

Stopped in on a weekend and Damion C walked me through adding an email address (I was stuck in setting up a phone). He had unbelievable patience and spent over a half hour with me. I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service he provided. I am extremely happy with my experience.
