The asian manager was very unprofessional, i came from Indiana and wanted to verify me even do i have my Verizon Credit card on my name , been a user almost two years. What ever it is it’s Verizon in America, you can access add line from any Verizon store all states , didn’t like the service,

I bought an iPhone from this business in November. They overcharged me by $50. I checked their invoice against the Loan Agreement (they never gave me a copy of the Agreement). That's how I never knew about this fraud. I went back to the store with both documents and asked for a refund and an apology. The man I spoke to said that he was not the one who cheated me out of money. I asked him to talk to a higher up. He made a few calls to Diana (the owner). She told him that 30 days for a claim are up. This is very interesting business concept. You set an arbitrary "catch me if you can" period. And then you can tell a client that you have a get out of jail card. That explains why they have no customers in the store. Hope they never will. Cheating never brings you you good and repeat clients.

Stacey was a big help and was able to get our plan changed and even texted instructions on setting up the phone at home so we didn't have to wait in the store. Appreciate the help and service!

Ms. Stacy of this store is a big scammer. My bill supposed be $30/ plus tax. Verizon billed me $ 96.34 against each line.

Anushka is professional and very helpful. I went to few locations for help about my new phone but she’s the only one who didn’t turn me away and took my simple problems seriously and fixed everything. Very proud of her and will continue my business here from now on.

I went to the store and met a nice girl Anushka. She answered me everything perfectly. I went to multiple stores before but never met anyone so kind and professional. Will be back to the store. She definitely knows what she’s doing.
