I typically refrain from leaving reviews, especially negative ones, but my recent experience causes me to share. I reached out to address a policy concern, and unfortunately, the response I received left me feeling disappointed.After I raised my concern to the vet via email, I received a follow-up phone call from the practice manager. I couldn't speak at the time, so I asked her to send an email. I anticipated her response to say that I may been misinformed or misunderstood their policy. I initially considered rescheduling the appointment but changed my mind upon receiving her email. Though the practice manager discussed their 'policy,' the response was passive-aggressive; she insinuated dishonesty on my part and attempted to criticize me for inquiring about upfront costs.Transparency, COMPASSION, education, and honesty are vital in pet care, and regrettably, this clinic did not meet those expectations. I will not be returning.And in your response to my review you only shared bits of the practice manager’s email…not the part about you insinuating that I was being dishonest or my accounting of things never happened.

I recently visited Veterinary Care Group with my puppy, Leo, for his first check-up and was thoroughly impressed. The team's warmth and hospitality were outstanding, making our visit a delightful experience. Their dedication to offering top-notch care for Leo was evident, and their extra effort was greatly appreciated. Wishing the entire team a prosperous and joyous 2024! Happy New Year from Leo and me!

This practice was unprofessional and rude from the beginning. On the first visit a medical assistant came in with her finger nails wrapped in foil because she was taking off her gel nail polish. After handling my kitten with her nails wrapped and no gloves on the Doctor came in and checked my kitten for fleas with dead fleas already on the comb. They don’t explain the vaccination cost well and are very condescending when questions are asked . They will then hand you a packet charge you $100 and rush you out the door. I will not be returning.

I unfortunately have to revise my review.I think if you have a small dog/ a dog comfortable with the vet they provide satisfactory service.However they struggled with our larger, anxious dog. If that sounds like your dog, I'd recommend finding another vet.

I want to start off by saying that I decided to take my dog to this veterinary clinic due to their favorable google reviews. They turned out to be a huge disappointment!My dog has a heart condition, which the vet recommended that i give her medication. Since the beginning of my interaction with them there were red flags, but i tried to make it work (thinking they would be great for my furbaby)! I am not sure if it is the front desk staff that is so disorganized or the vet that does not care to follow up with client concerns. The red flags started when they lost the documents the heart specialist had send them via fax. I called and confirmed a few days after if they had received them and they said yes and that i would have to wait for the vet to review the documents and call me. When i called to follow up (about 2 weeks later) they said they didn't have the documents and to request them again. When I questioned that they had already told me that had received the documents, they denied it. This delayed the process for my dog to get her medication. Now on different occasions every time i call to request a medication refill they say they will call me back and they do not (again delaying when my dog gets her medication). When I call back they do not have any information about my request. This last time my husband went to pick up the medication which i had to call twice to remind them about the medication, including a day before and they confirmed it would be ready. My husband had to wait more than 15 min and they charged him before even confirming the medication was ready. Then they mention that the medication would be different and that i would have to do extra steps (measuring it my myself) to give her the medication. They did not discuss this beforehand or called before, so that we could of decided if we wanted to wait or not (since they currently didn’t have the medication I usually give her). They wasted our time and acted like they didn’t care! When i asked to speak to the supervisor they said i had already spoken to that person a day before when i called to confirm the medication would be ready for pickup.I feel that it was very unprofessional and unnecessary for me and my pet to go through all of this. I just felt like they do not care about the clients and their pets needs!!!!!!

I paid $430.96 on 03/03/23 for senior wellness check that included blood & urine analysis. Received a text that results are good. Went to another veterinarian who said my cat only had 1 to 6 months to live. Had ultrasound to confirm diagnosis. I euthanized my cat on 04/28/23. Definitely do not recommend Dr Lee.

Dr Lee is amazing. She provides a very thorough exam and takes time to explain everything. She was extremely patient with my scared Shiba. I like her balanced holistic approach to treatments. The rest of the staff is also nice, friendly and warm hearted.

I confused this vet with another last year. This place did not helped my dog, they charged for the visit, hand the dog back and sent me out to an over priced hospital or a far away vet. My dog need surgery or he was going to die. I was lucky to have found another vet in the surrounding area who not only help with my pet but also saved his life. This vet has no compassion what so ever and they had the nerve charge such an exorbitant price.

Very thorough check up. Very polite and helpful staff. Dr Murry gave follow up calls after check up letting you know results of various tests. Dr explained tests and answered any questions I had. I plan on continuing to bring my cat there.

Whoever was on front desk duty on May 10, 2023 around 2:30pm is not suited for that job. If there is video I urge the establishment to see if that’s how they want to be represented and to respond to criticism on their rules.When I arrived I was told if I’m ever 10 minutes late in the future, my pet will not be seen. On my way out I mentioned that I thought it was not a very compassionate rule and all my doctors have a grace period. The person behind the desk escalated the conversation and got quite angry ultimately saying “I don’t care.” I just said I had a right to comment on a rule I thought was unfair.Ultimately, vet and doctors offices need to rise above and be compassionate. I would never be comfortable leaving my pet alone in the hands of the office because of this person.To be fair, I’ve liked all the veterinary services I’ve experienced. But I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dog with them on his own and in general it messes with my confidence in the operation of the office. It’s just amazing how medical offices these days feel comfortable expressing that the care for lives is just about money. I’ve never given a review before on anything but this was such a shame and I couldn’t go without speaking. I’ve already received my pets records and won’t be going back.Their response below is very skewed account of the interaction. I did not escalate the conversation. I think it speaks for itself that even in the review this is the response. I think it’s representative of how you can expect to be treated. I’m bummed as I didn’t want to look for a new vet.
