Terrible place. Simple pharmacy pick up takes at least 50 min if you are lucky. They hire slowest staff you can possibly find.

Horrendously long amount of time to wait. The workers are just talking in the front. There are people waiting 15 min for them to open the shelves. They are doing nothing just talking. However the cashier was exceptionally goood and nice. Monday Feb 24 at 7:35 pm

The pharmacist and the sales agent at the pharmacy are extremely rude. My prescription is always delayed and Patricia’s response is due to a “robotic delay in the system”. Walgreens, please do better!

Do not order any of their custom made gifts from the photo department because they have no clue how to make the things they advertise. To add insult to injury, they have the nerve to get snotty with you when your "same day" order is not ready 8 days later. This store has a very poor rating for a reason!!

I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens. I scheduled a vaccination appointment for February 3rd at 8:30 PM, arrived on time, but was told by the pharmacist that they had been busy all day and would not give me the shot. No prior notice, no valid explanation—just a refusal to provide the service I had scheduled. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend this location.

Now I see why they are a 2.1 Rating they are Always late store suppose to be open at 6 Am they are always late workers just got here 10 minutes after 6 am how are you supposed to run a business like this unbelievable Walgreens can do better than this!

The pharmacy at this location is the worst in NYC, without hyperbole. I stopped using it 2 years ago. Yet, they suddenly decided to fill two prescriptions even though I had filled them exclusively at a different location for the past 2 years. I called to ask that they be transferred. The woman who answered the phone was annoyed before I'd said a word, said they'd cancel it but do nothing further for me with respect to transferring it. When I simply tried to ask about logistics because I wanted to avoid any issues with my health insurance, she hung up on me. Walgreens should cancel their franchise license.

My experience is not an exaggeration of any kind. I made an appointment for a flu shot at 5:40 PM. Drove out and when I arrived the counter person said "flu shots end at 4:00PM you don't have one."

I don't blame the women at the counter caught in a tough position... The pharmacist however nearly scolded me saying "don't you see how busy it is here?"
Despite it being a pretty bad mistake on Walgreens end - I would have accepted a genuine apology and a little grace. The pharmacist's behavior was egregious.

Made an appointment for a vaccine
Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in with qr code, which said to sit down and wait. After 15 minutes I asked the attendant she said I'll check and then ignored me for another 10 minutes. I asked her what is going on she then said it would be another 30 minute wait. She wasn't even going to tell me. I walked out.

Attempting to pickup photos at approximately 10:10pm, the employee (male) was busy making jokes with another employee (female) and was rude and unhelpful.
We had 6 items to pick-up, all on the same order. After pulling up the order, the employee found one item and then starting conversing with the female employee, clearly personal holiday related conversation. My wife told the employee, the order has these additional items, to which the employee retrieved one more then continued with his personal conversation. Again, reminded there are more items on the order then he retrieved one more item and then promptly ignored us again. This continued until he couldn't find an item then walked away, stating he couldn't find it. He then got dressed with street clothes and walked out the store.
This degree of rudeness, flippant and inconsiderate behavior just seems unacceptable for a professional retail operation.

Asked them to fill a prescription. Told them I would be calling to collect on a certain date. Three days before, when I was traveling overseas, started texting me asking I still wanted it. Tried calling, but they preferrred not to pick up the phone, so all I did was run up my phone bill.

I came to this pharmacy to get a prescription filled on 9/27/24. What i witness was pharmacy staff lying and insulting customers. Unbelivable. 90 percent of the cutomers are told wait time is 25 minutes to pick up a prescription but in reality it is actually 90 mintues. There was a elderly lady customer who came up to the window to check if her perscription was ready after wating 30 mintues. A pharmacy staff memeber, I believe her name is Teresa (African Amercan women) started to yell and insult the elderly lady customer.The elderly lady simply wanted to check if her perscription was ready
Teresa said to the lady you can come to the back and fill the prescription yourself. Teresa raising her voice also told the elderly lady you wait and keep your mouth shut. Wow. I could tell the elderly lady getting visibly up and I felt so bad for her.
I am a business owner that has over 3000 employess and if any one of my employees regardless of status spoke to my customers they way Teresa did, they would be fired on the spot. Do better Walgreens. Rememeber Happy customers are your lifeline. Walgreens please teach your staff some manners epecially how they treat the elderly Thank you for reading my review.
