Great expeirence with the service department. Fairly quick work, fairly priced and reliable Harley service. I cannot speak for sales, but the team is always friendly while my bike is in service. They really embrace their dealership history with Tom and, of course, the Harley Brand. I highly recommend stopping in, even if just for a "chip"! Looks like they have a great selection of new and used and lots and lots of Harley gear and apparel.

My go to Harley Davidson dealership for service on my 2014 Street Glide. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The service department has my bike running like new after having some work done. Special thank you to Justin for seeing I needed new brake pads while my bike was being worked on. Make sure you pet the dog you might get a lick.

I'm here for the merchandise whenever in the area! They have always had a Discount rack with plenty of quality items. Selection is Amazing! I never feel rushed or bothered like some other HD Shops I've been to. I've literally have been through them doors on 20 different occasions over 30yr. span. Hands down the best HD I've experienced!

My husband stores his motorcycle at McDermott in a heated Garage during the winter season. Any work needed to be done and/or NY State Inspection is done before he picks his motorcycle up in the Spring!

l attended amercade and needed my bike inspected after being skipped in line the service tec failed my bike due to my shockes not being safe they told me it was 3 hrs in labor but the part was only 19 dollars yeah OK l believe it was discrimination l experienced just so they could make money off of me dishonest and unprofessional

McDermott's has some of the nicest people working there. The entire staff is so warm and friendly. It is always one of the best shopping experiences. We laugh, share experiences and have a great time. I consider them all great friends and look forward to seeing them again soon. I can't wait to pick up my new bike. "I'll be back...."

We have been to this dealership enough times to feel like family. Due to health issues, I wasn't able to go for a year. McDermotts is an outstanding dealer I've been dealing with them since the 1980s they are a very friendly dealership. I recently bought an extended service plan from them and they beat the price of four or five other dealers. I Miss Tom McDermott, but his dealership is in good hands with his kids.
