“We had a wonderful experience with UHaul, yet there was a vast difference in the cost of movers in our two locations. Knowing ahead of time would have helped us budget more appropriately. The movers we got from Uhaul in both states were phenomenal though.
Second suggestion would be prorating partial month storage. We had a few day overlap between moving and storing but it would have triggered a full month’s extra rent for each box just for those couple of days.
All our possessions arrived safely and quickly- and the storage location where our pods had to be stored for a month was also superb. Everyone I spoke with on the phones to arrange the move were professional, friendly and efficient. We would definitely move with Uhaul boxes again!”

“The service was perfect and very helpful. Julianne and Noha made sure we were all set by providing us with rental and vehicle options, making sure we understood everything, assisting us with supplies (even carrying out to truck!), and were very friendly during the entire process.
I loved the truck (20 foot). It was super easy to drive, very comfortable, had great AC and controls, the Bluetooth connected easily, and I love the Ford's digital display. Also, it kept up to speeds on highway in and out of traffic.
Finally, the app was also helpful and easy to use. I am glad I downloaded and used it.
